Leadership not only plays a vital role in managing an organization's affairs but also in shaping its followers’ lives. Leadership and leadership structures are central notions in Islam. According to Islam, the greatest leaders are the Prophets of Allah, Nuh (AS), Ibrahim (AS), Musa (AS), Isa (AS) and Muhammad (SAW), to name only a few. Because of noble bravery they were the most effective representatives, sincerity, truthfulness, modesty, compassion, and consultative strategy, and much else qualities. So, from their teachings and exemplary lives, we learn enough lessons.

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
Transliteration: Rabbish rahli sadri wa yassirli amri wah lul uqdatan min lisaani, yaf kahu kauli.
“My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance] and ease for me my task and untie the knot from my tongue that they may understand my speech.”
This is a beautiful dua, Prophet Musa asked Allah to clear his chest, to make this mission of his easy, to let the knot of his tongue be loosened so that they can understand what he says. That is so the people could understand the message of Allah swt.

Ayatul kursi: Ibn Hibbaan may Allaah have mercy upon him reported that the Prophet Sallallahu `Alayhi wa Sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: “Whoever recites Ayatul-Kursi after each obligatory prayer, then nothing can prevent him from entering Paradise except death.”

It was narrated that Anas (may Allah be pleased with him)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times, Paradise will say, ‘O Allah, admit him to Paradise.’ Whoever seeks protection from the Fire three times, Hell will say, ‘O Allah, protect him from the Fire.’”
(Dua)Allahumma inni as'alukal jannah(til firdaus) = Oh Allah, grant me Jannah til firdus 3x
(Dua)Allahumma ajirni minan naar =“O Allah, protect me from Hell” 3x
[Tirmidhi, 2572 classed as Sahih]

سُبْحَا نَ اللهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ عَدَدَخَلْقِهِ، وَرِضَا نَفْسِهِ، وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ. Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, ai’dada khalqihi, wa ridhaa nafsihi, wa zinata ‘ar shihi, wa midaada kalimaatihi. Reward: Recite 3 times = 6 hours of Dhikr
How perfect Allaah is and I praise Him by the number of His creation and His pleasure, and by the weight of His throne, and the ink of His words..”
Sunan Abi Dawud 1503

After every salah say: you Alhamdulilah (33 times) SubhanAllah (33 times) Allahuakbar (34times) لاَ اِلٰهَ اِلاَّ اللهُ وَ حْدَ هُ لَا شَرِ يْكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِى وَ يُمِيْتُ وَ هُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْ ءٍ قَدِ يرْ
(one time)
((Laa ilaaha illallaahu wah dahu laa shariika lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu yuhyii wa yumiitu wa huwa ‘ailaa kulli shayin qadiir))
Reward: say after every salah and your sins will be wiped away even if they were as large as the foam of the sea.
Sunan Abi Dawud 1504

SubhanAllah سُبْحَانَ الله Reward: say 100 times a day and 1,000 Hashanah will be written for you or 1,000 sins will be wiped away.
Sahih Muslim 2698
5)
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ الْعَظِيمِ وَ بِحَمْدِ هِ Subhaanal-laahil ‘aathiimi wa bihamdihi
Reward: say this and a date palm will be planted for you in Paradise. (In Shaa Allah)
al-Tirmidhi (3464)
6)
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer.
Ahmad 8/704, 16/293.
Reward: say 10 times and you will have the reward for freeing 4 slaves from the Children of Isma’il
7) اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ Allahuma inni as alukal jannah (til firdus) Meaning: Oh Allah, grant me Jannah til firdus
Reward: say 3 times and Jannah itself will ask Allah to grant you Jannah
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever after listening to the Adhan says, 'Allahumma Rabba hadhihi-dda` watit-tammah, was-salatil qa'imah, ati Muhammadan al-wasilata wal-fadilah, wa b`ath-hu maqaman mahmudan-il-ladhi wa`adtahu
My intercession for him will be allowed on the Day of Resurrection".
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (614).
8) أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ 'A'oothu bikalimaatil-laahit-taammaati min sharri maa khalaqa
Reward: Whoever recites this 3 times in the evening will be protected from insect stings.
Should Be recited in the morning and evening 3 times
At-Tirmidhi 5/465 / Abu Dawud 4/323,
9) سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi
Whoever says Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea.
Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:168, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071.
10) بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الَْأرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ Bismillaahil-lathee laa yadhurru ma'as-mihi shay'un fil-'ardhi wa laa fis-samaa'i wa Huwas-Samee 'ul- 'Aleem
Reward: Recite 3 times. Whoever recites it in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity before evening, and whoever recites it in the evening will not be overtaken by any calamity before morning.
Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3388
11) حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَآ إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ Hasbiyallaahu laa 'ilaaha 'illaa Huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul-'Arshil-'Adheem
“Allah is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him. He is the Lord of the Majestic throne.”
Reward: Allah will grant whoever recites this 7 times in the morning or evening whatever he desires from this world or the next.
Abu Dawud 4/321
12) اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِر لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ Allaahumma Anta Rabbee laa ilaaha illaa Anta, khalaqtanee wa anaa 'abduka, wa anaa 'alaa 'ahdika wa wa'dika mas-tata'tu, a'oothu bika min sharri maa sana'tu, aboo'u laka bini'matika 'alayya, wa aboo'u bithanbee faghfir lee fa'innahu laa yaghfiruth-thunooba 'illaa Anta.
O, Allah! You are my lord. There is no true god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favors that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon”.
Reward: Whoever recites this with conviction in the evening and dies during that night shall enter Paradise, and whoever recites it with conviction in the morning and dies during that day shall enter Paradise.
Sahih al-Bukhari 6306
Say three times:
13)رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا، وَبِالْإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَبِيًّا
Radheetu billaahi Rabban, wa bil-'Islaami deenan, wa bi-Muhammadin (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallama) Nabiyyan.
I am pleased with Allaah as a Lord, and Islaam as a religion, and Muhammad as a Prophet.
Allah has promised that anyone who says every morning or evening will be pleased on the Day of Resurrection.
Reported by Ahmad 4/ 337

15) 'اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، وَأَلْجَأْتُ ظَهْرِي إِلَيْكَ، رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ، لاَ مَلْجَأَ وَلاَ مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلاَّ إِلَيْكَ، آمَنْتُ بِكِتَابِكَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ
'Allahumma aslamtu wajhi ilaika, wa fawwadtu 'amri ilaika wa alja'tu dhahri ilaika, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilaika, la malja'a wa la manja minka illa ilaika. Amantu bikitabik al-ladhi anzalta wa binabiyyika al-ladhi arsalta'
If you should die then after reciting this you will die on the religion of Islam so let these words be the last you say (before going to bed)"
Sahih al-Bukhari 6311
16)Morning
Allahumma innee asbahtu ushhiduk,
wa-ushhidu hamalata ‘arshik,
wamala-ikatak, wajamee’a khalqik,
annaka antal-lahu la ilaha illa ant,
wahdaka la shareeka lak,
wa-anna Muhammadan AAabduka warasooluk (four times)
Evening
Allahumma inni amsaytu ush'hiduka wa ush'hidu hamalata 'arshik wa malaa 'ikatika wa anbiya'ika wa jamee'e khalqika bi annaka anta'Allahu la ilaaha illa anta wa anna Muhammadan 'abduka wa Rasooluk
Allah will spare whoever says this four times in the morning or evening from the fire of Hell
Abu Dawud 4/317.
17)أسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الَّذِي لا إلَهَ إلا هُوَ الحَيُّ القَيُومُ وَأتُوبُ إلَيهِ
“Astaghfirullah al-’Azeem al ladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Haiyul-Qayyumu, wa atubu ilaihi
I seek the forgiveness of Allah, there is no true god except Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, and I turn to Him in repentance
his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah).”
[Abu Dawud- 2:85/ Tirmidhi 5:569

Because indeed , the world is waiting for , waiting for your impact and indeed Allah is waiting to see the efforts you are going to put into inspire his believers, Allah is waiting to see what you will bring to the table , so show the one who brought you this earth , your worthy and if along the journey you get stuck , remember the one who was hated by his people , who was kicked out of his own home , yet he never gave up , and in his final days by the mercy of Allah the religion he used to be hated for , for spreading it is the sake religion who took over the whole Arab peninsula. So then I can least know that I will not be from amongst the leaders but instead serve them.for the ske of Allah if they are just and are Muslims but when they start proclaiming things that are immoral and unjust that is the point when you must leave them.

Understandable brother, but Allah is merciful and he also knows he made us imperfect so if we are still faithful and repent sincerely for the mistakes and wrong choices we commit he will forgive our sins Inshallah. All you can do is do your best and avoid the bad as much as possible; and hold strongly to your faith
@@mizanali166 yes I agree inshallah brother but what I meant was if I’m a leader for the Muslims then anything that happens to them I will be asked whether I was aware of it or not if I pass bad judgement then I will be asked and the future generations I will be asked about them if my decision affected them you see what I mean
