I never comitted zina. Im 32. I was miserable my whole life without sex. There is no one way to happiness. I was blocked miraculously by Allah himself, from zina, even if I approached it I never got a friend thats a girl. Never in my entire life. Dont think sin is the only way to sadness. Being righteous is more pain and misery, especially if a person was oppressed by jinns and blocked from marriage til the age of 32. Whether u sin or don't, life without sex is a miserable, harmful, terrifying life. I commited less major sins than u, but I am more miserable than you.

Sometimes I even wonder if my iman is weak when I read comments saying so and so cried but I can't reach that state
