But of course, it could have been a lot more serious, and fortunately it wasn't. It's only to Leon's loss anyway, as he most probably would have finished Bilal in the 3rd/4th round via TKO. Lol

For real, this is one of the hardest fights Nate could take - and at welterweight. As much as I struggle to see Nate beating Usman, if he gets past Edwards, he’d probably deserve a title shot. Edwards is one tough customer, but so is Nate. Honestly feel fights featuring Nick & Nate should exclusively be 5 round fights regardless of where the fight sits on the card, going to deep waters with these Diaz dons often says a lot about a fighter.
I’m English and always support British fighters. I like Leon but Nate is my favourite fighter so I’m going for Nate Diaz on this on his a ufc legend

Well Rocky should forget about Colby, actually it's a blessing in disguise that he's fighting Nate Diaz. It's a big money fight and consideration the current run of form should be an easy night for Leon. And automatically title fight will follow after this. So I think finally his luck getting him to right place.

Even though he isn't getting a title shot he's getting the perfect guy to showcase his skills against. Nate Diaz doesn't belong in the 170lb divsion and Leon will bully him, put on a show and finally get his title shot and more eyes will be on him than ever before because of it.
Honestly I think nate diaz would do better at 155 or 165( if that comes in existence ) all the fighters he has beaten at 170 were lightweights his reach cardio
and size are advantages in that division
Plus his fight against micheal johnson was his best performance which was at 155 where he looked ripped and fast

Why should he have to get names right when he's called Leon Scott
It's garbage that Colby is getting this title shot in every way possible. The worst has to be the generally accepted myth that Colby was Kamaru's toughest title defense. Usman's former training partner Gilbert Burns put him at way more risk and actually hurt him in the first round. Then there's Colby bringing Jorge's family into all of his interviews prior to the recent welterweight title fight, which itself should be disqualifying or at least bring some sanction. Kamaru's real enough to acknowledge Leon is the fight. He's been consistent on that.
This might sound stupid!! But.. If he smacked Masvidal back in that silly scuffle He would have had a Title Shot before now. Being the guy that ate a 3 piece and a soda is not very sellable.

The true dark horse of the welterweight division, and the best chance of beating Usman. The fact that he was the underdog against Khamzat was plain idiocy.
Colby isn’t beating this new version of Usman. Wonderboy is an interesting matchup against Usman, but realistically he’ll lose; he couldn’t beat Woodley twice.
Leon on the other hand was the first opponent Usman couldn’t finish (besides his only loss), and he was out striking him at points. I still favour Usman but Leon has a decent shot.
If Usman beats Leon again and Wonderboy he is undoubtedly the WW GOAT.
