Very well Demonstrated. I tried this recipe and I absolutely loved it and I don’t really care too much for rhubarb. I grow a lot of rhubarb and I will definitely be using this in these pies. Where could I find the Ipswich cookbook? Thanks

How is it that a majority of the recipes of Mid European (German, Austrian, Swiss, Dutch)or that that area of the country origin? Are a lot of midwesterner’s of mid European Descent ?

Yes, there are a lot of German and Scandinavian dependents, especially in the upper midwest. A lot of the food traditions continue to carry on today.

Who is your great-grandmom? I'm from the Ipswich area. Also, what's the title of the cookbook?

Yes she is! My Grandma grew up there too. It was the Ipswich Centennial Cookbook from 1983. Are you from the area?
