This hotel looks like it was furnished by Ikea. I can't see why you would pay $3400 a night when you could stay at the Ritz for half that and spend the difference on dinner at Kitcho or whatever.
Its typical modern Japanese furnishing.. all of them looks like IKEA even though it has a high price tag and made from a great wood. Though its also common in any high-end minimalist furnishing around the world to have similar looks from IKEA counterparts

I don't think the staff will be able to send you to your room because the walkway in the standard room is a scaffolding that buggies can't run on. The bathroom window opened, but you could only see the wall of the next room, no view.

The price is per night per person. It depends on the plan, and I book a plan that includes dinner and breakfast. There are also plans that only include room charges and plans that only include breakfast.
I thought the same. I have stayed at very nice places before that also had michelin recommended food, for 10 times as little as this. It looks beautiful, but really not worth the price. Also kind of sloppy that there seemed to be typos on a menu for such expensive food

Beautiful hotel but very pricey , I stay at the Keio Plaza in shinjuku for two hundred a night and is fabulous for a week ,and is FABULOUS .

アマンはよく知ってますが、日本の高級旅館の足元にも及ばないと感じましたよ。
何より、京懐石料理じゃないし、個室でもないし、内湯は眺めが？だし。温泉も、湯量が少ないし(それでは水面の汚れが排出されない)、お湯や景観に光が足りないですね。その値段で朝食ルームサービスが有料って、オールインじゃないんかい😂
あと、温泉にハーブ入れるって…なんでよ😂

さびを欧米式に体現したホテルですね。風呂やトイレは日本人には落ち着きとは違う感覚を覚えそうです。
すぐ近隣のしょうざんリゾートには何度か行きましたが昔からの別荘地らしく静かで木々が美しく過ごしやすいエリアです。
テロップはご自分で作成されたのでしょうか？部屋の設備や浴衣や料理などのテロップが一部間違っていたり雑だったりするのが気になりました。せっかく良い物をご紹介されるのなら、提供される物にリスペクトし調べてから文字起こししてほしいです。

この動画だと日本語字幕4時間、英語字幕30分、その他の字幕は合わせて30分くらいで作っています。

超高級ホテルなのに冬は離れからの移動がめちゃくちゃ寒そう🥶
このホテルの近所に住んでいますが、宿泊されるお客さんは基本タクシー移動なので寒さに苦労することはないと思います。そもそも周辺に最寄駅がなく、公共交通を利用するとなるとバスのみで、富裕層はこういった公共交通は使わないです。
これは、本物の高級旅館を知ってる日本人に酷評されるのしゃーないわ😂
