Thank you so much for this one. I really can see that i improved when it comes to flexibility, but still have to work on my arm strength.
I really like your videos a lot.

Thanks Joa. Brillant as always. I would be interested to see a Runners Strength or Recovery Session.

Haha I literally just finished another one of your 20+/- minute classes, but I’ll be putting this on my playlist to do tomorrow. Thank you for sharing this with us and I look forward to getting stronger together. By the way Joa, I’m curious… What does your personal weekly practice look like? How often are you doing yoga practice and typically how long do you practice? Also, is there any other exercise exercise you do? Thanks

Great to hear you're gonna do the class tomorrow!! My weekly practice varies slightly week by week depending on my teaching schedule and trips, but most of the time I practice 5-6 days per week. I tend to practice between 1 and 2 hours every day (even though sometimes if I don't have much time I also do 20-40 min practices). I always do some sort of warm-up flow, followed by power yoga, or mobility-based yoga, the intensity varies depending on the day. I mix between full body practices, and specific areas of work (for example: some days I just work on splits, backbends, inversions, etc).
With time I learned to listen to my body for guidance on what I need on that day, but throughout the week I always do at least one day of hip focus, one day of backends, and one day of strength & inversions.

@@joayoga Wow thank you so much for sharing all of that!! What would it look like for you to do a handful of classes, what one week looks like for you, and put it into a playlist for us to enjoy and practice as well? You can call it: “Joa’s Yoga Life”. 😎✌️
