From being a maid and constantly being around toxic cleaning products. I am now allergic and have auto immune disease! I am allergic to formaldehyde and all fragrances. So I live in isolation because of all the chemicals people use. Nurses uniforms washed in downy fabric softener, tide and dryer sheets give me a killer migranes. And even if you aren't allergic to it. It is TOXIC!
Yes,the same. I've been bedridden by a bag of scented cat litter the supermarket substituted for what I ordered. Felt ill for days. And that was before I even used it. I had to put it outside until I felt well enough to carry it to the bins. I dont want my cat perfumed, why is it even perfumed?
Thank-you for this IMPORTANT information!! I have started reacting violently to these common household toxins, including explosive vomiting, the inability to breath, BAD headaches....etc!! WHY did the FDA approve things that poison us?????
I cook my food in coconut oil usually. I love Dr. Bronner’s peppermint soap. I make my cleaners out of it, and vinegar as well. My granite can’t have vinegar though so the soap is perfect. Also, ALWAYS spit coconut oil out in the trash or a tissue and throw it away. Never spit it in the drain. It hardens easily and clogs it up.
Distilled white vinegar is fantastic as a fabric softener in your washing, add some essential oils to baking powder sprinkle on your carpets and vac up, fresh and deodorised 😊
This video is very today, cause I mixed a bottle of bleach and water and it had coughing had the window open but not long enough. The next day woke up coughing, sneezing could barely talk, mucus build up, I knew you had answer. Right now a headache is starting, going out for a lot of fresh air and clearing my lungs, I do have asthma..I have learned my lesson.
This is awesome. I'm ready to start making those changes this year. Last year I concentrated on my food intake and changing that now I'm going to start with baby steps on these.
Luv ya Axe... I've done much research and investigation of so called "fragrance" in personal care products including the worst offender, laundry. The NIH confirms that dryer exhaust, when using the top selling brands, including dryer sheets- emit 25 VOC's, 8 known as hazardous chemicals and 2 carcinogens. The so-called natural types containing "natural" fragrance were deemed as just as bad in this regard. I agree, they smell nasty. The best practice in this regard is to use products that simply are fragrance free rather than "organic". In addition, often when a shampoo for instance, has the word organic on the label, frequently contain chemical fragrance. When a label says the word "fragrance" or "parfum", it means that it is derived from petrochemical base. There are over 3000 of these chemicals and any product with the word "fragrance" contains an average of around 15 of these carcinogenic, hormone disrupting chemicals, some are even on the EPA's list of toxic waste! Make sure the scent in your products is derived from plants, not crude oil.
I suspect dryer sheets and fabric softener will be regarded as toxic waste. I can smell it from a thousand yards in the woods and the nasty smell clings to second hand items that come from "dryer sheet homes"
Me too... this year I developed a fragrance allergy where my lungs close and my heart palpitates and my workplace doesn't support me at all.. they just tell me to take meds. They are not informing patients bc they do not want to offend patients aka lose profit if patients get angry and leave. I say so I invest my time catering to other people's health at the expense of my own. They just don't care.
@@jaclynh9343 watch Can Smells Make You Sick? I can't believe you work at a doctor's office and they don't realize how detrimental fragrances can be to people's health!! I had to change doctors one time because the staff was allowed to wear perfume and their uniforms smelled like scented laundry product. I would often leave feeling sicker than I did when I arrived.

I have been following many of these recommendations since long before he began providing information. I do not take any prescription meds. Am fit enough to easily walk 5 km most days.

Look at it this way, would you rather be paying a Dr bill, which we all know are always expensive,or buying better natural organic products for a healthier lifestyle
There's no way I could afford it either, but where there's a will, there's a way. If you bought one organic item per week, soon you would accumulate a good selection of organic products. Or you can put away a few dollars every week, until you have enough to buy. Keep doing that and you'll soon have a selection of great products! It took me 3 years to go all natural, even our 3 dogs are all naturally prevented and healed! As long as you get there
Excellent useful content but this video gave me anxiety! I just feel like there’s a slim chance of me being able to eliminate all these things or even REMEMBERING to.... 🤦♀️ I’m getting screened for cancer ASAP!

I haven’t found a dryer sheet that will actually stop static. For now we use ALL Free and Clear but only 1/3 of a sheet at a time and only on colder days.
how do you purchase essential oils that are safe/pure? I have heard its a poorly regulated industry and they can be dangerous if not pure so I have been hesitant to wade into them
