These people don't just stand in booths and record lines, they act out everything. Let's call them already what they are: actors. As simple as that.
It's crazy to say that the game was released 8 years ago (and they probably started to record the animations in around 2010) and we don't have authentic pictures of the recording of somes scenes in GTA V
