I am not emotional intelligent. I get upset easily, I am stressed and I yell all the time. I sometimes regret having them. I know I have to save myself but I’m lazy. I don’t want to ruin them. SMH. 😔How can I help me kids ? They are 3,6,7

You do not have to save yourself; you need support. Family members, friends, your doctor. You have to make decisions that are best for your mental health and that are best for your kids’ well-being. No one should parent alone. If this is a heavy burden, please get some help. 🩵

I’d like to tell you what has helped me be a better Mom, maybe it can help you. Don’t drink or wait until they are in bed. Turn off the TV in the evening, read to them, play, have quiet time. And make an effort to stay calm when your stressed. Everyone is capable of change if you make the effort.
And I don’t want this to so sound insulting to you but homeschooling is not for everyone, maybe it would be better for you and your family to have separation during the school day. I hope you feel better about yourself as a Mom, you can do this.

@@mospinn4084 my friends tell me all the time to put them in school but I don’t wish to immunize them. I don’t like the amount of shots needed for this generation.
Things will get better I have to work on my self. Homeschooling is a privilege and isn’t for everyone… but I appreciate your advice ..truly.
