@@humanactivated1017 Huh? Just checked out his run and his was posted a day after mine. How would I copy something from the future? We used a different build too. What's with people assuming RUclipsrs who post even slightly similar things are copying each other?
@@Dorvarich Yeah, you have a really calming and crisp voice to listen to. One of the main reason I watch your videos tbh, but also your guides are really good. I'd love to see more content besides guides, like playthrough and podcasts even. Heck, I think you'd do well reading Creepypastas. The voice alone does it for many people, including me.
A tip for the entrance encounter……do all 4 cables apart from the last node and do all the last nodes together. That means you don’t get loads of supplicants spawning
I gotta say, there’s something incredibly helpful about just hearing you talk through the game play in real time. One of the better dungeon S/F guides I’ve seen. Looking forward to seeing the specifics of the build.
Glad you enjoyed it! I also love metal though, so I guess I'm not calm all the time lol. I like synthwave too which is probably evident from the background music in my build videos.
Definitely would like a breakdown on this build. I’ve struggled my whole destiny “career” finding a solid group of people to play with so I play solo 99% of the time (still haven’t done a raid lol) & your guides are amazing & very helpful!
I feel you. 90% of my play is solo. However I do have a friend I play with and one of his friends. But those 2 are the only people I have to play with. Usually my buddy and I run dungeons just the 2 of us. When the 3 of us play we can fly thru the new dungeon. But even duality the 2 of us could run in 30min of less. OGMidgetPunter#5219 if you're looking for people to run with or what not.
Don’t forget to look for discord groups online. You can find many great groups out there that when you join will begin to make it possible for you to finally get that group of 6 together and take on raids and the higher end content. I soloed for 7 years and only just took the chance to find and look for a discord group over the past 3-4 months. It has totally increased my fun in the game and I have finally gotten the chance to raid! For me, the seasonal stuff gets pretty boring, but the dungeons and raids have really increased by interest in playing. But you gotta have a good sherpa program in that group of a raid can get pretty frustrating. Good luck to you!
Your channel has become such a priority to me that at any point in time I see you’ve posted a new video, I have to watch it. Your narration, explanations, gameplay, its all so soothing to watch. Its great to see someone just casually enjoying the game and being good at it rather than most erratic and complicated builds. Another amazing video yet again. Your solo flawless videos never cease to amaze me.
Your easy solo flawless strategies are the best on RUclips. Looking forward to adding another solo flawless emblem to my collection that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Thank you!!
thanks again for your guides, finished my solo flawless run today. I opted to stay on arcstrider but playing alongside you talking through it is always calming and confidence inducing
For going about this so casually and level headed as well as explaining everything in the simplest way i thank you it makes me actually think i can do this
wow very concise...way more than any of the top streamers have released. Very close to Chiablo's guides which speak about a lot of small things that everyone ignores that makes the big difference. Got my sub!!! Thanks
Been playing since season 7 of D2 and this is the 1st time running into your channel. Good detailed description of your run-through. Very good actually. 🤜🏽🤛🏽
Nice overview, I played it safe like you said. Died in the first try to my greed as I got killed by the architects after the boss boop on the top. But the second went smooth AF with patience and just steadily chipping away the health. More fun than I anticipated, and a hell of a lot more then the last one (I really dislike Duality). Keep up the good work! Great narration by the way, very pleasant voicing!
Yeah, I haven’t done it solo yet. And certainly not flawlessly, but I can now do the first area and have just today memorized and figured out the first level of the spire climb. It’s gonna take me a while, but I know I can continue what I am doing and I will make it to the top. And then on to the first boss! Its been fun trying. I think once I see his warlock build video, if its as good as this titan video was, I think I will be able to go all the way! I hope you give it a try yourself! And good luck to you if you do!
Great job with this video, loved how you just talked through everything and your voice is perfect for this. Got my solo flawless done about an hour ago.
Great explanation and we have to appreciate the fact that you go about completing this without seasonal mods as they are here today.. gone tomorrow but the dungeon will remain in tact.
I've watched all of your flawless solo dungeon guides, they're all so great and the calm narration and great tips really just bring it up to a level that's above a lot of other guides that I've seen. I might try with the Stasis Hunter build you uploaded recently, I'm starting to love it!
Nice well explained run. Without the eager edge flying thru encounter breaking the experience nonsense. Lorely and/or synthos solar Titan is the safest bet for a solo player.
Excellent guide! Clear and to the point! Are your comments in real time? Cuz if they are, your calm demeanour and handling the game with such ease it’s just impressive!
Congrats on your clear! I get really disoriented and failed my first try (all flawless) until I kept trying to figure out what to shoot and eventually died to the boss
I have always been a solo player unfortunately, didn't get my d2 partner until recently, he isn't always available and this is an amazing guide. I usually play hunter, and might try making this build on my titan to do this. Thank you! Def subbing.
damn dude. Thanks to your set-up, I got spire done solo. still didn't do it flawless, but at least I can get my seal once I do it on master with my crew!
The last boss is so unbelievable tedious. I used hothead there since I don't like the critspot on the boss, thus my dps looked like: witherhoard => hothead 2x => witherhoard => pop hammers. Sadly lost the flawless due to me glitching through the floor on the first boss but it was still some decent practice.
Nice run..your videos have inspired me to solo flawless every dungeon. I still need duality and spire. But this season I will accomplish beating both.. 🍻
A tip for duality if your having trouble with Caital stomping and making the flamethrower back packs explode near you, you can use jotun you can just jump up and hip fire them. And if your radiant on solar subclass you’ll one shot them and their back pack won’t even drop since it was with a fusion rifle. It takes away from most ideal DPS for safety but I ran the last encounter with Thoughtless (lead from gold/overflow) joutun and Fallen Guillotine. Thoughtless was just for easy quick bell shots and a back up for shooting backpacks if jotun was out of ammo.
I don’t know if this has been asked already, but could you do an arc Hunter guide if possible, thank for the awesome vids tho bro, loving the content ❤
Don’t forget at the beginning part when you’re jumping down the bunker so you don’t die, you could use the little ledges on the left and right. Just drop down on them and you won’t die and you can jump from the right to the left.
This was an excellent video that really showed the build off, but also showed how you used it. I am a warlock main and I struggled with the more traditional builds for warlock. I have a good understanding of how you used this titan build from this video. I am really looking forward to you coming up with a build that is more run and gun that has the best survivability. The Titans have this Lorelei splendor hammer build that gives them the ability to take nearly unlimited damage. I also know that the hunters have a great invisibility build that will keep them run and gunning. But Warlocks? I haven’t been able to figure it out. I’ve seen a few of the super high end streamers who soloed this dungeon, but they really didn’t show how to use the build. It was more of a wow you with their amazing skills kind of video they put out. The builds I know for warlock are more stationary builds, really sitting in their rifts or wells and slaying out from there. I really look forward to seeing how you will continue this series and show off a build that will work well in this more continuous motion kind of play that this dungeon demands! Thanks again for an excellent and informative video!
Solar Titan is the ultimate solo machine, with loreley of splendor the build still works flawlessly with constant restoration it is very much possible to do things no other class can, especially when being able to take loads of damage and punishment and chew through it like a boss.
Dorvarich, if you were to do this same guide in the current S20 mod system, would you still run this as solar Titan with Loreley or would you do it differently? Really wanting to try for a solo flawless clear of Spire as a Titan main. Thanks!
Considering he didn't use mods in this video, you could follow this setup exactly 1 to 1. There aren't many other options outside Loreley with the survivability it gives. Just use the mods you want to add to this, and remember your weapons don't have to match up 1 to 1. You could use Void weapons during the parts in between bosses for all the void shields and the easy Volatile Rounds -- there are so many seasonal mods for Void weapons. You could use Whisper of the Worm for Boss DPS. You could stick to Void weapons the whole time. Just figure out what you're comfortable with.
Full disclosure, I tried initially to do it on Arc Hunter and struggled. I'm not sure if it's because I didn't know the dungeon well yet or what, but it felt like the kit really didn't match up well with the encounter design. I'll be continuing to experiment with strategies to make Arc Hunter work in here, but for anyone who just wants the triumph/emblem, my top recommendation for this is Solar Titan.
@@Dorvarich yeah i get that. arc hunter requires a slower more methodical approach as the sustain very much relies on staying invisible during recovery unlike titan who just recovers. i gotta take the time next week to get this done. it was your videos that got me through all the previous ones during last season, and so why break the tradition XD gonna bonk my way to glory!
Thanks for your vids man. My only complaint about all of these (well, the newer ones especially) is the amount of health bosses have. I get it’s likely due to power creep, but still. Since there are triumphs for solo’s, it’s expected they will be solo’ed. So bungie should adjust bosses to have scaling health based on party size. Old games like borderlands did this, there’s no reason destiny shouldn’t have it. Anyway, thanks again.
Burning Steps is a really good option! If you lean more into scorch/ignitions with the fragments, the buff from Burning Steps will affect your scorch and ignite damage for some heavy burns/explosions.
I agree, when you are doing a hard solo event without Laurlee you definitely noticed a difference. I would have never gotten through Duality solo without it.
i like that its a build that doesnt require artifact mods but the helm is from duality and that is not easy to do takes time and a miracle for that helm to drop
Huge fan Dorv!! Big fan of your cowlstrider dungeon series. Can't wait for the solo spire for the hunter! A question. If I don't have the FTTC Bait and Switch LFR, what is a good substitute?
Taipan is good, as well as the new Stasis linear. Sleeper Simulant is excellent for damage especially with Font of Might, but you lose your exotic slot and have to give up Witherhoard.
Here's a real tip: if you know where all the start nodes are for any elec puzzle you can shoot all the start nodes and then work outwards on all of them simultaneously each connection gives 5 more seconds of the arc buff and if your fast you can carry one buff all the way to the top I see no one doing this usually
@KIng Curmudgeon fair point but most the adds can be ignored and used for the occasional ability proc for heal or invisibility. The harpies flying around on the first boss are annoying and tied to the nodes and should be killed yes, all the adds for Persys or w.e his name despawn. I was mostly implying you could do this at the tower climb with "a single buff all the way to the top" but you can do the intro opening on a single buff too
I'm sure that by now you're aware of the no supplicants at the beginning if you don't activate the final one, and the easier ways to drop down at the fan area. Regardless, VERY nicely done for a day 1 solo flawless! I do love how you explain everything so thoroughly. Even though you're tired in this, you're still so calm and explain everything so well. You mentioned liking classical music...is that where your gamer name originated from? Dvorak?
Just had a look at this. Cheers. I'm at the first boss. Having no problem getting to damage phase but I haven't got the raid linear so going to switch to sleeper I think and replace witherhoard.
For the opening, try not to finish the arc node chains until all four can be finished, and for the first encounter, try not to kill Hydras Doing both these things spawn Supplicants, and if there's one thing i learned the hard way, it's that Harpies/Supplicants kill you faster than anything else in this dungeon, and this tip means literally the first half is rid of them completely For the Hydras i can only recommend studying the node locations and being fast, but yeah, you're risking way less damage that way because they only sometimes even keep up with you, and it's less stressful imo, because you don't have the constant beeping, and stray Supplicants that always seem to linger when you kill Hydras and take your time

You mentioned liking classical music...is that where your gamer name originated from? Dvorak?
You earned my sub. Great video.
The Star Wars reference in the jumping puzzle killed me💀
Just had a look at this. Cheers. I'm at the first boss. Having no problem getting to damage phase but I haven't got the raid linear so going to switch to sleeper I think and replace witherhoard.
Just found your channel. Love the video and love your commentary man, time to go crush some Vex!
For the opening, try not to finish the arc node chains until all four can be finished, and for the first encounter, try not to kill Hydras
Doing both these things spawn Supplicants, and if there's one thing i learned the hard way, it's that Harpies/Supplicants kill you faster than anything else in this dungeon, and this tip means literally the first half is rid of them completely
For the Hydras i can only recommend studying the node locations and being fast, but yeah, you're risking way less damage that way because they only sometimes even keep up with you, and it's less stressful imo, because you don't have the constant beeping, and stray Supplicants that always seem to linger when you kill Hydras and take your time
Great work, love to hear and see you play .
One more sub unlocked 💥💯👍
re the fan blades @ 32:50 - set your FPS limiter to 90 - hit/damage is tied to framerate
You can also jump on the small black platform up there. Instead of the glass
Thanks a ton for making this!!!!! New sub!!
Next to HOIL, Lorely is also my favorite Titan exotic. Definitely plays into the tanky aspect!
Well done man. Great video.
Appreciate your content. Educational and empowering. Thanks!
