My father made a ‘will’ in which my mother. my one brother (handicapped) and I am involved. My father, mother and recently handicapped brother died. I am the only survivor in this will. The property is in thrissur, Kerala.
My question: is the property fully on my name, or is the handicapped brother or mother’s property in this will tobe shared with other living brothers but they are not involved in this will? Father gave them property separately.
My second question: father died 7 years ago but no action is taken to register it in my name or others. What paper work is required to do so.
Third question: I am an US Citizen now. What formalities?
