Name ONE cartoon that you remember that you think no one else does. And thanks everyone for enjoying these Saturday morning cartoon videos on Saturdays :)
oh god, Kids WB did a little musical interlude that was just various clips of "JACKIE! ONE MORE THING!" over and over again, now that's gonna be in my head all day O_o
That was actually pretty good. The first episode, MC Hammer defeats the villain in one of the most absurd, yet most clever and hilarious tactics ever employed in cartoons.
I can still remember when networks started to end the Saturday morning cartoon tradition. In fact, I remember at the end of the Garfield and Friends intro, Garfield dissed NBC for no longer showing cartoons on Saturdays
This was very interesting. Especially the message at the end of how sports stars impact people‘s lives. And I say that because of the recent tragedy concerning Kobe Bryant. I don’t know if it was just timing, or if this was a last-minute decision, but you hit the nail right on the head with it.
"No one can stop him, but SCUM always tries! Young Bond breaks through this web of spies! He learned the game from his uncle, James, now he's heir to the name: JAMES BOND!!!! James Bond Jr!! Look out, he's coming through! He's got a job to do! While. He. Res-cues. A. Girl! James Bond Jr chases scum (chases SCuUuM) around the world!" Man, I haven't seen that cartoon since I was 6 and that song is STILL stuck in my head!!!!
I feel like if they had to remake Prostars then there's got to be an esports star who's the "behind the chair" person and/or makes the team their gadgets
LOL I literally got a friend chide me for this "The guy in the cinema won't know your reference to Pro Stars!" I remember watching this on Channel 4 on Saturday mornings.
@@wiibrockster That's right- Back in the day they used to have cartoons on Saturday mornings, including Sonic, Earthworm Jim, Mario, Hammerman, T-Rex and (shudder) Little Shop.
I'm guessing that the violent basketball team is a reference to the Detroit Pistons "Bad Boys" that the Bulls had to get through on their way to the championship. The most difficult thing to remember about obscure cartoons is the title. I recall a show featuring a wish granting alien w/ one single strand of hair that has a star attached to it that sprinkles sparkling dust. He also has a dot on his left chest which can detach and fly around things. Can anybody identify this cartoon?
Hay Andre, have you ever watched the hard to watch Battle Toads cartoon pilot episode? When you do you'll realize in the first like minute why it's "hard to watch" and why it never got 1+ season(s). You can watch it in all it's uh....glory on RUclips.
I think you could even get other sports athletes from around the world to join in. It'd be great to have a "guest ProStars" where you focus on Swimming, or Soccor, or Rugby... you could go on with many themes like that. Show not only the ProStars playing in their zone, but put them outside of their comfort zone too.
Lol is it me or when Andre said that Micheal Jordan got Injured and they need a new player in that episode. I though he was gonna say then all of sudden bill Murray shows up and help out the prostar 😂😂. To anybody who get that reference I salute you
I personally love Mummies Alive, even though I watched it weekday mornings before school as a kid. It’s so bad but it had a pretty stellar voice cast. I still love it. Sometimes bad shows are just so good.
Honestly, this video just reminded me how special and cool it was to have a VHS release of your show that contained 2-3 episodes, and you OWNED those episodes and you could watch them anytime, sure you still caught those a lot on TV channels, but that was different!
I comply forgot about Dinosaucers till I saw this comment. Wasn't it like Outer space dinosaurs meets Captain Planet cartoon. I so want Andre to go over this one.
@@doctormawilly891 Yes!! So this show was released even before TMNT . It has the same gimmick as Captain Planet. This guys even got action figures but they are so rare you cat hardly find them today.
