Is there a criteria for being mixed? I’m an Afro-Caribbean woman who has European ancestors on both sides of my family. Would I be considered mixed?

I think that the criteria for being mixed is just being mixed. What will also help is to do a DNA test to find out exactly how you are mixed. Doing a DNA test could also lead you to discovering more admixtures that you may not even have been aware of.
