    I like the real sim gear. I almost bought one of these certified.
    I have just the G1000 PFD / MFD set up, and I’m glad I just went with this set up.
    I fly dozens of different aircraft from the basic single, twin, single turbine, small trainer jet, fighter, to various study levels of airliners in VR. It is hard to change this setup.
    I do like the G1000s to practice approaches, but a full cockpit takes up too much space in my VR room

      @@RealSimGear I find the real sim gear is great for doing practice approaches, because it feels like the real equipment in the real airplane and the muscle memory movement is easier to remember and operate real equipment. While flying approaches in my sim,
      I have found real instrument approach safety issues on real approach plates using the real sim gear G1000 setup at home using real ForeFlight charts. I reported the safety issue.
      The FAA corrected the approach safety errors and updated the approach charts.
      So, the sim gear may have saved real lives.

    About the CAPS, does the Cockpit comes with CAPS system ? During training, if the student need to simulate the CAPS deployment, whats the need to do ? thank you

      The cockpit itself, the non-approved packages, nor the BATD systems come with the CAPS console. It can be purchased separately if desired. Our AATD systems include the CAPS.

    is the side monitor stand something u sell?

    • @RealSimGear
      @RealSimGear  2 года назад

      The stand being used for the Instructor Station off to the side is simply purchased via Amazon, specifically this one: www.amazon.com/dp/B079VT2ZPT
      However, we did modify it a bit to lower the screen and we did not install the keyboard tray or PC holder.

      KOQN > KPNE I believe, with the RNAV24. A short little hop just to show the sim in action.
