SANDING A HUGE PIVOT DOOR!

In this little epic. i start with 80 grit on the festool rotex set gnarly mode and cruz on into 100 grit again..on gnarly mode, then! on to the finishing sander still with 100 grit. i some times forget to capitalize. after that i sus up the sides and get to it with a 60 grit sanding block followed shortly with a hundo and then the sponge. woweeeewow will the excitement ever stop

I absolutely hate sanding, but somehow it’s therapeutic to watch somebody else do it. LoL. I guess what I’m really saying is it’s just nice to see somebody who knows what they’re doing working at what they love

What size doors are these? Do you do custom sizes? I’m looking for a 36x84 door in wood material.

these are 52''X128'' custom wood doors.. so 36x84 is ezpz
