Making a 12’ tall pivot door, applying the planks

Applying the planks to a door core that will yield a 12 foot tall pivot door. I only have so many clamps so I can only do half of the one side.

building big doors with a one man operation is impressive. Does the door remain hollow or does it get insulated?

I get help where it counts. Jointing 12' mullions and stiles just isn't possible for me alone. 10' and under doors are manageable. The door will be well insulated.
