Are your bookcases secured to the wall? I just moved to a new place, and I am not allowed to attach my glass double door billy bookcases to the wall. I am trying to think of a solution to secure them from the bottom with some sort of wedge because they are front heavy. Any suggestions?😊
My bookcases are secured to the wall. I didn't have them secured before, but since adding the doors, the glass does add a lot of weight to them and makes them front heavy. If I think of any ideas, I will let you know! They do have wooden doors that are half the size of the glass ones. Not a perfect solution, but the half doors could still give your Billy's an update. Just an idea! Good luck :)
