Hey guys! Thought it was about time I started embracing 'New Media'. A number of people have asked me to start making process videos. I decided to start with a colour process/tutorial video. I recently drew an image and thought it would be a nice one to scan in and colour in photoshop. My set up is a simple Wacom Bamboo Fun and Photoshop CS4. Please feel free to ask questions below! Hope you enjoy and expect much better videos very soon! Join me on FACEBOOK to keep up to date with all my arty endeavours.

This is amazing. I can't draw eyes equal, so I either have to title my portraits 'Person with lazy eye' or give them sunglasses. But, this is brilliant :-)
This is really crazy, very extraordinary
Irone poernama thank you! Glad you like!! 🤗
Thanks guys! More vids coming soon :)
I must say I've enjoyed watching this time lapse. Your art style is very refreshing n captures the essence of the dark imagery in my head so relate well with your piece. Keep up the good work. \m/
Your attention to detail and work/dedication to textures is inspiring me!
Fantastic job
Thank you so much, this is actually one of my first times doing this technique. So I was kind of making it up on the spot 😂

Thanks for the video. I love the original pencil/ink drawing. I am a sucker for traditional work.
Hi Armyofme82! I don't use any specific brushes or layer settings. I just select a brush from the default selection on CS4 (Usually the 19 px radius) and decide what opacity best suits my need. Layer wise I just adjust them through the opacity options and erase them where I see fit. Hope that helps!
This reminded me a lot of the In Flames artwork for their newest albums. This piece is amazing.
Been following your work on Facebook for a while now. Love it man. Keep up the astounding work.
You sir are an inspiration, absolutely brilliant.
Incredible, perfect in every detail !!
Hi slipk2507. The drawing is pencil with ink in certain places like the darkest areas :)
So much envy. This is awesome dude.
We want more!

brutal man!
wow..this is madness
ohh..separation color tutorial pleaseee
Thank you sweetheart! As are you :) x
old baking trays work well for textures
the drawing is in ink or pencil?
would be good to know how to do color separation
I really love your work
Thanks so much!! :D
how do you scan them and use them in your computer do you have any type of scanner?
So when you send it to print how many colors does it take to print this on shirt? :)
What is the explanation of the concept here, what made this creature come to your mind?
What kind of textures you use?
Magenta tint at the end ruined it
Massimo Gigante i pretty much agree. It was that “tired eyes seeing a sudden colour change and thinking it looks better” situation. I’m very mindful of that now as it’s quite easily to do a quick change on something at the end and think it’s for better after youve spent hours and hours looking at it the previous way. X
I'm sorry, this took you a DAY?
Niara Boykin hello! I can't remember how long it took me to draw, but the colouring process here was about half a days work :)
Christopher Lovell wow. Thanks for responding. Your at work is amazing! You inspire me.
That's what I said. Lol
