Note: This is a brand new graphics card I bought from AISURIX. But i prefer Radeon chill Enabled and V SYNC ON since i only have 60Hz monitor.

Do you think rx 580 is good with i5 4590?
And if i lower the res the fps will be more stable and better?
Slight improvement since they are both DDR3
please run on max settings. Also can you buy xeon-e5 2650 v4 + motherboard. I want to see if it will work well with this graphics card.
