I think Pink's Shards form the very Center of the Cluster. It would make some sense, She is literally buried with other members of her court which make up the Cluster, sort of like a giant mausoleum. However Yellow Diamond has turned Pink's mausoleum into a Geo Weapon. Thus, Even if she isn't useful in life (As we saw in Jungle moon), she would be in her death (By destroying the Earth and becoming a giant cosmic monster)...
I like the dynamic of how Yellow wants to destroy the earth due to what happened to pink while blue wants the earth to remain in a way shape or form due to is being “her legacy.”
I don’t think Yellow is that big a wild card, she’s repeatedly described as rational while Blue is repeatedly portrayed as emotional. Even though Blue comes across as kinder, I think Yellow is more apt to listen and believe proof.

I believe Rose did shatter Pink but not because she wanted to. I believe that Pink was the first corrupted gem. When Rose went to negotiate with her she found Pink in a dangerous state. Pink was dangerous and Rose took her out to defend herself. Now the question is who corrupted Pink in the first place.
garnet so far seems to fear her more, and rightly so. That theory still is plausible, though, especially with Steven around. Blue probably does hate Garnet, or she did at one point. I could still see it happening, and it depends on how certain things play-out. Yellow's behavior is one thing, she's taken, for her relationship with blue, some pretty damaging actions. Another would be how a future confrontation with Steven would go. Just my thoughts
In your other theory video, you talked about Pink being shattered and her gem giving off a huge explosion of energy that spread the shards all over the world. What if those pink flowers with the gem like center that bloomed from the moss was the result of shards that Rose found? She found some of Pink's shards in Beach City, and took care of them like a possibility that was stated. But my theory is that it wasn't entirely Rose's doing--she didn't bring Pink's shards with her after alledgedly shattering her to take care of them as moss. Athough Rose could've made the moss become an activitly living and conscious being, it actually seems to act more like a Gem Mutant than a Pumpkin or Watermelon Steven. Speaking of which, Watermelon Stevens seem to get along pretty well without Steven Being present--they formed their own society and are reproducing on an Island. But how come the moss went rogue without Rose's care? Ronaldo even states the the moss isn't native to this region, but the only place we've seen moss like that with pink flowers in the show is at Pink's palanquin in Korea. And if gems derive abilities from their diamonds, Pink must have been able to manipulate plant life as well. Finally, what if the moss was so eager to bloom because, similar to the cluster, that was Pink's shards' desperation to "form"? The moss is very hostile to humans maybe because it's last conscious instinct was to fight? And her broken consciousness went rogue without Rose because Rose guided her as a plant and as a gem?

I feel like IF Pink were to come back it would need to alter the story in a very dramatic way. I say this because Pink's shattering has been one of the conerstones of the conflict on the show and to simply undo the would sorta undermine all the back plot the Crewnivers put in. I think Pink's story will continue to play out through Stevonnie in the dream visions. Also I think Pearl and Steven fusing will be the turning point for plot development when it comes to the murder mystery. It's clear Pearl knows things but for some reason can't/wont say anything and I think their fusion is the only way we'll get more information out of her. Overall I really can't see the plot going in the direction of bringing back Pink unless it is like you said, to finially show Steven that he can't always help people, some people can't be helped. If PInk comes back we will see one of two things, a nice Pink who loved Rose and humans alike and was Shattered by White for sympathizing with the Crystal Gems or a Tormented Pink angry that she has spent thing long unable to reshape herself and wants to take her anger out on Earth. _sorry long rant but that's what I think -Moeh
Shay Mac.Gillivary I am not saying it's not possible just that the likely hood that that would be the the case seems low. Rose and Pink's relationship is going to the deciding factor. If Rose was as close to Pink as I imagine Pink was at one point a gem very similar to Rose, with a infatuation with human life. But Pink's love for humans was different from Rose's, and this is what trully started the war. Rose saw freedom in humans where Pink saw jealously and envy. Humans could grow in more ways than one, have many faults, and could do as they wish. An idea which most likely led to them arguing how best to take over earth. Go with standard procedure or try growing like humans. But we shall see hopefully soon. ❤

I could actually see pink diamond being resurrected and feeling horrible about what she did. Turning into a monster, she flys away into the stars and hiding from those she loved.
I think blue puts on a facade. She acts understanding purely because she is the only one of the two diamonds who is constantly expressing her true feelings. But ultimately she is still a diamond with a deep hate for anyone in arms with the crystal gems regardless.
I would be interested in this scenario, even though my own favorite theory, would contradict it. I still think her suspicious death and the odd parallels between her and Marianne Vi Britannia stand out. Add to all that her subordinates have the ability to switch bodies, and Diamonds seem to serve as the archetype for their subordinates... and of course the subordinates we’ve encountered who are loyal to her are one eyed and associated with the color orange (parallels to Jeremiah). Well, it makes you wonder if reviving her would even be necessary.She might still be alive in someone else’s body. And hell, she might be the final antagonist. If I were her, the obvious conclusion to her arc would be to possess White Diamond. From a lack of respect and undercooked into the ultimate Gem. That might also explain why she didn’t show up at the trial.

Maybe this is how White will get involved into the story. If she didn't shatter Pink, she'd definitely come to see her sister revived. If she did shatter her, she'd still come to make certain that Pink remains a goner.
I think this might turn out to be the final thing with the series and makes the diamonds, well Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond, actually listen to what Steven and the other Crystal Gems have to say. As well as maybe making a truce with them that if Steven, Rose Quarts, can to this that they'd also stop any more threats to the earth. This might spark a conflict with White Diamond and force Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond to team up with the crystal gems to oppose her, not shatter her just oppose her. I honestly think that'd make a very entertaining finally to the show, or at least a season. This might also get Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond to see what Peridot see when it comes to the earth, and how it could benefit the other gems. Oh and in this scenario, White Diamond is the most powerful one of them all. This also means she has more gems in her court that both Blue Diamond and Yellow Diamond put together, forcing them to go to the Crystal Gems for help.

I think there is a chance of Steven reviving Pink Diamond if she is truly shattered. He just needs all of the pieces and them to be in the correct spot in my mind. Upon Pink's revival, I see a few scenarios happening: 1) It was assisted suicide. Pink wanted to be shattered and by having Rose assist her, the Crystal Gems would gain a morale boost while the Diamonds take a huge blow. 2) Wrong place, wrong time. Rose could have accidentally gotten mixed up in one of the Diamonds shattering Pink, seeing her defective, and used Rose as a scape goat.
While I agree with a lot of the points you bring up (and you did make a compelling argument), I think bringing Pink Diamond back to life would ruin the concept of the parallel that both her and Rose are gone and may even detract from the message the show may bring on dealing with pain on losing a loved one. Greg and the Gems have finally begun to fully move on from Rose, but the Diamonds haven't. If the Diamonds are parallels to the Gems, then they should also move on too. I do agree that Steven may/will go on a "quest" but rather than for gem shards, for answers (one in which I hope many characters help out in: Peridot, Lars, Sadie, etc.!). To gather facts and find out what really happened and TALK TO THE DIAMONDS and convince them to not attack/destroy the Earth. Steven's most powerful weapon is his words, love, and compassion. Yes his gem abilities are powerful, but ultimately I think its these traits that will help him win the day and bring Homeworld and the Diamonds at peace.

I agree, bringing Pink back would break tension. But i wouldnt be against some kind of unforeseen consequence to it. Like what if she couldn't be healed completely and she'd be doomed to disappear again due to having been broken originally. Some kind of limited satisfaction for the plot that ultimately leads to a sad form of closure for the overall issue for Steven and even the Diamonds.
My personal theory on where at least one of Pink's gem shards are is that her pearl, now corrupted, is corruptedom the bottom of the ocean in a giant oyster looking type of shielding. And that pink pearl (or what is left of her corrupted state) is clinging desperately onto what of her diamond she managed to get of her. Or something of the sorts.
Im loving the Steven Universe theories lately, Steven Universe is such a great and well written show. There is so much drama and comedy mixed well together in a perfect blend. This made me notice how when Steven and Rose have resurrected someone, their flesh becomes a pink color that is darker than their hair color. In Stevonnie’s dream, Pink Diamond’s skin and hair are the same way.

I honestly think that Rose Quartz is going to be resurrected. In the song "Love like you", almost at the end, it says something about coming back and something about "being shook about about how I took", it might foreshadow the resurrection of Rose. IDK, you should check it out :P
I was just thinking about this yesterday on Sunday! My idea is that somehow Steven gets ahold of Pink Diamond's shards, and as he stares at them, many thoughts are rushing through his head all at once and he begins to get emotional. With the shards in his hands, tears start streaming out his eyes and onto the shards. Then the shards start to form together (possibly as a four-sided diamond because IF she is defective- and that's a big if- then the tears would fix her like they were doing with centipedle) and join and leviate in the air as Pink Diamond comes back in her physical form as a perfect Diamond.
Oh, this reminds me of Osiris and Isis. When Seth tore Osiris into pieces and scattered them, then Isis had to recover all the pieces and bring back Osiris to life.

No other gem introduced so far has been shown to have the amount of abilities Rose seems to have. Most have only 1 or 2 abilities, and she has like 5 of them, and counting. It just seems really unbalanced.

It's still one of the mysteries that this show has. The show itself even implies that Rose Quartz was highly unusual even among her own kind. We'll just have to wait and see. People suggest Pink Diamond might have something to do with that so there's plenty of food for thought.
Regarding the topic of whether or not White Diamond cared for Pink Diamond, I have a feeling that at the very least, White Diamond will at least PRETEND to care. Which she'll carry on until (if this ended up happened) evidence is found that she was involved or didn't really like Pink Diamond at all, at which point, she'll drop the facade and reveal her true colors, catching even Blue and Yellow Diamond off guard.
An Easter egg hunt of Pink Diamond's shattered pieces would garuntee content for a season, but doing it means it will take a billion years for us to get through at least 4 episodes of the whole plot.
Steven didn’t resurrect Lars. He basically stopped him during mid death. That is why his heart is so slow. Steven didn’t bring Lars back from the dead, what he actually did was closer to life support.
He was completely dead. Steven knew that his heart had stopped beating which was why he saddened. His heartbeat may be slow because of the side effects of roses reanimation
No his heart did stop like that of a patient who needs the jaws of life. Their heart stops but if you can jump it then they don't actually die. Although i don't think steven would be able to "resurrect" anyone past a few moments of their heart stopping he can heal, not give life
I feel like blue diamond would have a major role in pinks resurrection, assuming that its via Stevens tears. Steven's healing tears can only heal things he has an emotional attachment to or feels empathy for, and he hasn't met pink yet so he doesn't know much about her. I believe the way that he meets pink is by blue working with him, letting him see her dreams/past/flashbacks with pink. Blue would probably want to help him because she loved her so much and wants justice for her.
What if steven already has one of pink's shards? The dream that he had on yellow's moon base would make more sense if perhaps steven one of pink's shard inside of his body, similar to inuyasha where kagome had the jewel in her body. The dream came out of no where, for steven to have a dream without some type of link, like how he was able to see the palenkine through blue's eyes, makes no sense unless he already had pink's shard which could show her memories to steven. Similar to how in some zombie movies/shows where if a zombie were to eat a human brain they see the humans memories.
Typically when Steven has a dream about someone like when being connected to Lars, or blue diamond, or even the cluster; they are on the same planet so I fell that either yellow diamond hid pink diamonds shards on her abandoned colony or scattered across several colonies so no one can put their hands on it and the more shards (or closer to pink diamond if she’s not actually shattered) Steven is near, the more memories he will get to see
pretty good theory and I feel like it could tie up a lot of loose ends if they do it right. the problem I see aside from it backfiring in general, is how will Pink react once/if she's resurrected? will she side with and cooperate with Steven & the gems, or will she turn against them and try and capture/kill them all once she's brought back to life?
If Pink were to come back it would have to add a major plot twist, like she herself was actually part of the rebellion and that was the sole reason why she was shattered. We'd also have to hear the truth come from her own mouth.
I *LOVE* your theories and I particularly like the finding Pink's scattered shards one. The Crewniverse loves making anime references and in a way it would reference InuYasha and the search for the Shikon Jewel shards. Also, what if Steven collects memories after finding each shard? Like a fragment of a memory per fragment of the gem, not getting the full picture until he gets all of the shards. Those are just my thoughts though..

If Rose was as close to Pink as I imagine Pink was at one point a gem very similar to Rose, with a infatuation with human life. But Pink's love for humans was different from Rose's, and this is what trully started the war. Rose saw freedom in humans where Pink saw jealously and envy. Humans could grow in more ways than one, have many faults, and could do as they wish. An idea which most likely led to them arguing how best to take over earth. Go with standard procedure or try growing like humans. But we shall see hopefully soon. ❤

I think blue puts on a facade. She acts understanding purely because she is the only one of the two diamonds who is constantly expressing her true feelings. But ultimately she is still a diamond with a deep hate for anyone in arms with the crystal gems regardless.

I would be interested in this scenario, even though my own favorite theory, would contradict it. I still think her suspicious death and the odd parallels between her and Marianne Vi Britannia stand out. Add to all that her subordinates have the ability to switch bodies, and Diamonds seem to serve as the archetype for their subordinates... and of course the subordinates we’ve encountered who are loyal to her are one eyed and associated with the color orange (parallels to Jeremiah).
Well, it makes you wonder if reviving her would even be necessary.She might still be alive in someone else’s body. And hell, she might be the final antagonist. If I were her, the obvious conclusion to her arc would be to possess White Diamond. From a lack of respect and undercooked into the ultimate Gem.
That might also explain why she didn’t show up at the trial.

Maybe this is how White will get involved into the story. If she didn't shatter Pink, she'd definitely come to see her sister revived. If she did shatter her, she'd still come to make certain that Pink remains a goner.
At 13:03 it sounds like he said "Like you shatted Pink Diamond."
I think this might turn out to be the final thing with the series and makes the diamonds, well Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond, actually listen to what Steven and the other Crystal Gems have to say. As well as maybe making a truce with them that if Steven, Rose Quarts, can to this that they'd also stop any more threats to the earth. This might spark a conflict with White Diamond and force Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond to team up with the crystal gems to oppose her, not shatter her just oppose her. I honestly think that'd make a very entertaining finally to the show, or at least a season. This might also get Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond to see what Peridot see when it comes to the earth, and how it could benefit the other gems.
Oh and in this scenario, White Diamond is the most powerful one of them all. This also means she has more gems in her court that both Blue Diamond and Yellow Diamond put together, forcing them to go to the Crystal Gems for help.

Well, Post a single pale rose, how wrong this theory was. Still fun to go back to the nostalgia of the olden days when we were naive about what actually had occurred.
I think there is a chance of Steven reviving Pink Diamond if she is truly shattered. He just needs all of the pieces and them to be in the correct spot in my mind.
Upon Pink's revival, I see a few scenarios happening:
1) It was assisted suicide. Pink wanted to be shattered and by having Rose assist her, the Crystal Gems would gain a morale boost while the Diamonds take a huge blow.
2) Wrong place, wrong time. Rose could have accidentally gotten mixed up in one of the Diamonds shattering Pink, seeing her defective, and used Rose as a scape goat.
Not going to lie, if Pink Diamond gets revived, I may have the most conflicting view point on it

While I agree with a lot of the points you bring up (and you did make a compelling argument), I think bringing Pink Diamond back to life would ruin the concept of the parallel that both her and Rose are gone and may even detract from the message the show may bring on dealing with pain on losing a loved one. Greg and the Gems have finally begun to fully move on from Rose, but the Diamonds haven't. If the Diamonds are parallels to the Gems, then they should also move on too.
I do agree that Steven may/will go on a "quest" but rather than for gem shards, for answers (one in which I hope many characters help out in: Peridot, Lars, Sadie, etc.!). To gather facts and find out what really happened and TALK TO THE DIAMONDS and convince them to not attack/destroy the Earth. Steven's most powerful weapon is his words, love, and compassion. Yes his gem abilities are powerful, but ultimately I think its these traits that will help him win the day and bring Homeworld and the Diamonds at peace.

I agree, bringing Pink back would break tension. But i wouldnt be against some kind of unforeseen consequence to it. Like what if she couldn't be healed completely and she'd be doomed to disappear again due to having been broken originally. Some kind of limited satisfaction for the plot that ultimately leads to a sad form of closure for the overall issue for Steven and even the Diamonds.

I always thought Lars coming back and having the color scheme of Pink Diamond was the biggest foreshadowing in this series.
My personal theory on where at least one of Pink's gem shards are is that her pearl, now corrupted, is corruptedom the bottom of the ocean in a giant oyster looking type of shielding. And that pink pearl (or what is left of her corrupted state) is clinging desperately onto what of her diamond she managed to get of her. Or something of the sorts.

Im loving the Steven Universe theories lately, Steven Universe is such a great and well written show. There is so much drama and comedy mixed well together in a perfect blend. This made me notice how when Steven and Rose have resurrected someone, their flesh becomes a pink color that is darker than their hair color. In Stevonnie’s dream, Pink Diamond’s skin and hair are the same way.

I honestly think that Rose Quartz is going to be resurrected. In the song "Love like you", almost at the end, it says something about coming back and something about "being shook about about how I took", it might foreshadow the resurrection of Rose. IDK, you should check it out :P
I was just thinking about this yesterday on Sunday! My idea is that somehow Steven gets ahold of Pink Diamond's shards, and as he stares at them, many thoughts are rushing through his head all at once and he begins to get emotional. With the shards in his hands, tears start streaming out his eyes and onto the shards. Then the shards start to form together (possibly as a four-sided diamond because IF she is defective- and that's a big if- then the tears would fix her like they were doing with centipedle) and join and leviate in the air as Pink Diamond comes back in her physical form as a perfect Diamond.
I still don't get it if rose quartz didn't shatter pink diamond and other gem did why would she take the freaking blame?

Khadijah Saith He is OP, and so is his mother. i am quite bothered by it to be honest. Why does Rose have all these abilities? No other gem introduced so far has been shown to have the amount of abilities Rose seems to have. Most have only 1 or 2 abilities, and she has like 5 of them, and counting. It just seems really unbalanced.

It's still one of the mysteries that this show has. The show itself even implies that Rose Quartz was highly unusual even among her own kind. We'll just have to wait and see. People suggest Pink Diamond might have something to do with that so there's plenty of food for thought.
Regarding the topic of whether or not White Diamond cared for Pink Diamond, I have a feeling that at the very least, White Diamond will at least PRETEND to care. Which she'll carry on until (if this ended up happened) evidence is found that she was involved or didn't really like Pink Diamond at all, at which point, she'll drop the facade and reveal her true colors, catching even Blue and Yellow Diamond off guard.
An Easter egg hunt of Pink Diamond's shattered pieces would garuntee content for a season, but doing it means it will take a billion years for us to get through at least 4 episodes of the whole plot.

Steven didn’t resurrect Lars. He basically stopped him during mid death. That is why his heart is so slow. Steven didn’t bring Lars back from the dead, what he actually did was closer to life support.
His heart wasn't slowed, it stopped. He died and was brought back from the dead.
He was completely dead. Steven knew that his heart had stopped beating which was why he saddened. His heartbeat may be slow because of the side effects of roses reanimation
No his heart did stop like that of a patient who needs the jaws of life. Their heart stops but if you can jump it then they don't actually die. Although i don't think steven would be able to "resurrect" anyone past a few moments of their heart stopping he can heal, not give life

I feel like blue diamond would have a major role in pinks resurrection, assuming that its via Stevens tears. Steven's healing tears can only heal things he has an emotional attachment to or feels empathy for, and he hasn't met pink yet so he doesn't know much about her. I believe the way that he meets pink is by blue working with him, letting him see her dreams/past/flashbacks with pink. Blue would probably want to help him because she loved her so much and wants justice for her.

What if steven already has one of pink's shards? The dream that he had on yellow's moon base would make more sense if perhaps steven one of pink's shard inside of his body, similar to inuyasha where kagome had the jewel in her body. The dream came out of no where, for steven to have a dream without some type of link, like how he was able to see the palenkine through blue's eyes, makes no sense unless he already had pink's shard which could show her memories to steven. Similar to how in some zombie movies/shows where if a zombie were to eat a human brain they see the humans memories.

Typically when Steven has a dream about someone like when being connected to Lars, or blue diamond, or even the cluster; they are on the same planet so I fell that either yellow diamond hid pink diamonds shards on her abandoned colony or scattered across several colonies so no one can put their hands on it and the more shards (or closer to pink diamond if she’s not actually shattered) Steven is near, the more memories he will get to see

pretty good theory and I feel like it could tie up a lot of loose ends if they do it right. the problem I see aside from it backfiring in general, is how will Pink react once/if she's resurrected? will she side with and cooperate with Steven & the gems, or will she turn against them and try and capture/kill them all once she's brought back to life?

If Pink were to come back it would have to add a major plot twist, like she herself was actually part of the rebellion and that was the sole reason why she was shattered. We'd also have to hear the truth come from her own mouth.

I *LOVE* your theories and I particularly like the finding Pink's scattered shards one. The Crewniverse loves making anime references and in a way it would reference InuYasha and the search for the Shikon Jewel shards. Also, what if Steven collects memories after finding each shard? Like a fragment of a memory per fragment of the gem, not getting the full picture until he gets all of the shards. Those are just my thoughts though..
