Hello,
My name is Andy. Welcome to the channel, where you can see some of my custom projects being created. Hope you enjoy the videos. I appreciate the likes and subscriptions!
Thank you,
Andy Хобби
Bravo!
Thank you
Excellent realization. Do you use the press to insert the inlays on the base? you can show this step in the next videos.
I do have a press that I built. I forgot to hit record on this one when using it. My last few videos shows me using it.
Had me at Cnc!
Thanks
Love your work! I’m a Vikings fan also!
Are you using the same start and flat depths as all your other projects? I watched one where you used .2, .4, .7mm flat depths in sequence with a female flat depth of 8mm. Do you use these all the time??
Thanks.
When I had an smaller machine belt driven machine I had to break it down into separate depths. With my ball screw cnc I can cut in one pass.SKOL
@@ARBWoodwork Thanks. I understand. I am waiting for my new onefinity elite. I’m hoping to follow your teaching. Thank you and keep inspiring us all!!!

@@ARBWoodwork thanks!
How to you prevent the male plug from breaking during the intricate carving? Slower speeds??
With end grain the fibers are more supported so you get less/no tear out. If I was doing non end grain I would probably slow my feed rate down.
I am big fan od this kind of stuff:),i have a question if u could answer me,that would be great-How is it with edge grain, for ash, walnut ,is there a problem with chip out?or end grain is the safest choice?and what about bending of end grain (humidity, etc)?
Thank you. With non end grain the fibers can chip out like splinters would. End grain doesn’t because you are trimming the end of the fibers like a haircut.
With any wood no later the direction you have a chance of warping due to changes in humidity.
@@ARBWoodwork thx for late answer:) working hours i guess;):)
Hello! Great work. The link for the bit goes to a 4.69 Deg bit, not a 5.15 degree bit. Is this just a typo or am I looking at the wrong thing? Thanks very much!
I am guessing the seller changed the listing. I was using a 5.15 degree bit.
Where do you get the designs from?
The designs are created in illustrator or Vectric.
