You need not only air defense but also men. You have no enough military men, so ask for mercinaries with pay.
Or we send in robots and drones. Some F-16's already fly autonomously.

Europe has 100 Patriot systems and the USA has 16; however, Germany is the only country that will send one. I'd like to say we have allies and partners, but it's quite obvious we don't. They drip feed us. As a former USN SEAL, I can tell you the USA and NATO would never fight this war with what little weapons they've sent us. It's disgusting!
