save and invest small amount yearly/monthly, I can give you WBD (media+ news) stock as a good one to buy now, I am buying, everything will add up for retirement
Let me ask, I've noticed a few other properties that you've already shown and it looks like these properties were part of the land that had the wild fires?
I don't have any land for sale that was in a recent wildfire. I did or do have a couple properties that burned about 4 plus years ago. A small part of the Trinity Alps Preserve burned and French Gulch, CA burned in fires years ago.
When all green this must be beautiful, sadly that’s not much anymore. Invest in your future buy land and build wealth…just not here. I was born n raised here, pure Northern Californian. Wish It was different but DO NOT waist your money. The land is drying up and the fires are getting worse. The cities are lawless and the schools are horrible. Our mayor just quit and moved to Kentucky… I’m looking at 50 acres in Missouri, but Bastrop Texas is booming and made the short list. Lots of great places on the up. Wish you well!
Great content.I am interested in a cite somewhat close to town with well and utilities,if possible.Nice area.Building a retirement home is my goal.Did i see "garbage service"
Thank you for the comments. I like to be just a little outside the "normal box". I like nature sounds and country but I also like a bit of excitement and fun. I do have a ton of older videos from years ago with all classical and tame type music. Maybe I will do a pole in the future for music preference. Thank you for the idea!
It didn't scare me, I really liked it. I think each person has their own taste though. Sorry you didn't like it. It is bassy hip it ti hop it ti trap music, not Halloween scarry music.
If anybody needs a lender on any of the property's John shows. Let me know. I do not know mountain valley real estate or affiliated with them in any way
I really like the videos. Every time I wanted to buy it looks like all you can do is build a house and then everything is restricted. I was told in California it's worst than communism. You own land but you are not free to do anything with it...
I'm working on saving my money to buy a piece of land for my retirement for fishing and hunting.

That is awesome!!
Do you need any license to fish in your own property?
I do not know, but fish and game would.
I love how you are videoing all the properties that catch my eye on zillow.
Thank you!
Great videos, love how you zoom in with google earth
Thank you so much!!

LOL Lawless. That was good.
See, this is what I mean. I have ten acres I bought for 38. With a well and utilities.
Where is it and does it have a creek?

Thank you ! I think there is in that area. I have another will power near and water at the road.
If this land has the easement right... I want to buy it.
You mean an easement to get to the land from Hidden Oaks Trail? It definitely should have that right.
Is this land still available John?
Yes, it is.
@@MountainValleyRealEstate Thanks!
Nice videos, however the music sounds gangster, my suggestion used natural sounds like birds or soft country.

How can I talk to construction company and discuss ways to develop it for residential property ?
With your voice and your words
Yes, call one up and ask questions. Google "Redding, CA home construction companies" or the like.
❤
Nice spot, scary music, why the scary music? 🎵 🎵

Is financing available?
Not from the seller, but you can try a bank.
Find out what insurance is going to cost
Any referral lenders?
Did you watch the video? Cash sale but you can use Access Mortgage in Redding for vacant land loans.
You have any properties above 3500 ft
This one is at 3,700 ft.

You got any place like Orville, Auburn, Georgetown, areas around there?
I don't work those areas since it is pretty far away from me.
@@MountainValleyRealEstate that sucks. You have good video
