- The Porsche 911 GT3 Touring is pretty much anything I could ever want in a sports car. You have amazing power and noise from the 4.0-liter flat-six engine out back, a tremendous gearbox with the six-speed stick, and levels of performance upon which I'll never find the limit. It's a truly wonderful machine, and I prefer it like this without the (admittedly cool) big wing from the non-Touring version.

It’s def not Gentian, nor Yachting. My guess is Fjord Green which is PTS and would put sticker higher than he estimates with the extended leather.

At the start of the video I went to the Porsche configurator and whie I've listened to your review I configured the exact same GT3 as you have mentioned at the end of video - Irish Green and Neodyme wheels 😄
This is the one car I would take over all others, to daily...
Sadly, it would be a tough pill to swallow at half the price.
this is not a commuting/daily car it is a sports car. It can be used as a commuter car but it is a world class sports car. Daily is such a generic term. Sorry rant over........

I know exactly what this car is for. My daily drive consists of traversing world class mountain roads, the likes of which you will never know in Toronto.
Also, the term "daily" is not generic. It is quite specific, meaning that I would drive the car on a daily basis, for a myriad of tasks(and have a blast doing it)
Next time you feel the need to rant at someone for stating a desire, go play in traffic instead.

Get a Carrera T. That’s what I did, and for $100k’ish you can’t do better IMHO. I’m not sure I would daily a 992 GT3, or even a 991.2 GT3. Seriously, the T is ideal for canyons. I put 90% of my miles driving on CA2, and even when taking some of the bumpier roads (e.g., Tujunga) the suspension on the T just soaks it up and puts the turbo power down like magic. Really, it’s a sublime experience and considering 992 GT3 are trading at $300k+ there is a lot of value with the T at 1/3rd the price.
Is this the guy that reviewed the fl5 Civic Type R? You praised the car as one of the ultimate driver's cars there and I fundamentally agree. My question is, given the choixe, regardless of price, is it the Honda or this GT3 for you?
Price not an issue? Porsche all day long - this GT3 is one of the greatest cars I've driven. It's really that good. When you bring price back in, the CIvic is an unreal options - still a wickedly good car.

The 811 GT3 Touring is actually `good value` in-terms of SupercaréSportscar-DOM. It will do everything the AVERAGE owner will need on THE STREET. :) And it`s naturally aspirated. Sounds bette r than anyother Porsche. Or any TT car out there....do you careÉ If you DO then you`d want the GT3étrouring...or the Audi r88 before it`s discontinued I hear this year in 2023...won`t be a 2024 R8....
The 2024 Nissan GtR Nismo has a starting price of $220k USD LOL!! Yes it moves like a super car...but the interiorÉ LOoks CHEAP and toy-like to me....not something you expect to find in a $220k car....I`d feel `taken` if I bought or could afford the 2024 GTR Nismo...heh...
I think the 911 T is naturally aspirated too... and you don`t need to be a competitive amateur road race champ to enjo the GT3 Touring :))

I'd choose for daily driver one with 6 speed manual to shift my own gears when I want or need to down shift on turns or curves no break then shift out at speed... ;-D over that PDK for riders on the road.. ;-(
