Every time James reviews a paper towel dispenser, he acts like it's his first time using a roll of paper towel. Lol. Love your reviews. Look forward to the next one!
I think he may just be doing it for the parents with kiddos from 2-15... 🤣🤣🤣 Some days I have to mentally check whether I taught my children things. Turns out yes, yes I did. But the brain "forgets" and they seem to forget the basics, like paper towel holders. 😁🤣🤣 James is keeping it real. Lol
That paper towel holder looks very useful. Whenever we go picnic or camping, paper towel rolls always get crushed, blown over onto the ground or picks up all the dirt and grime on the picnic benches.
Would also be useful for a tradesman's truck if you're in and out of clean and dirty areas, and might not have access to other means of drying your hands. Regular rolls sitting loose in the cab of our van get damaged, dusty and fall off the roll all the time. Heftier stuff like the rolls you see in public bathrooms don't get as dirty and aren't as prone to tearing, but you need to use more to dry up completely. Fast food napkins are useless at drying up soaked hands and wiping off grease, mud or oil.
I would use the handle to hang it over the area where you cook/clean the dishes while camping. It seems super useful. Although, I also think it oddly looks like the old Tupperware pitchers. 🤣🤣🤣
Well the FCC health and safety people do warn for men to not have their smartphone in their pants pocket because of radiation because so close to the genitals 😁
I've had the Cup Holster attached to my desk for about 6 months now, and it works great. I have a really small desk, so it is a space saver, but I was mostly worried about knocking my cups over and ruining my papers and electronics. I do stick a folded up paper towel in the bottom, otherwise any drinks that sweat will drip onto the floor. But overall, it gets two thumbs up from me.
I think the paper towel holder is the only one that would be useful. Use for camping, picnicking, etc. I would put the blue mechanics towels in it, I always have a roll in the back seat of my truck.
Yeah, and good for getting paper towels one by one without having my roommate's greasy, grimy fingers all over the rest of the towels. Yeah, I do like this!
“Some people are not going to like the idea of having their phone so close to their nuts” I know you were just being honest but man this got me laughing
Hey , the FCC health and safety people does mention that men should keep their smartphone away from their waist because of radiation exposure to the boys down below 😁😂
I think I'd really enjoy one of those paper towels protectors. I know I've been camping and having a roll of paper towels on our table and a gust of wind blows the paper towels and the paper towels not only get dirty, but the wind carries the roll of paper towels and starts to unroll them as well creating a huge mess.
Could you see how the towel holder holds up in the rain sometimes? It’s pretty funny how I went from thinking the paper towel dispenser was ridiculous to genius. Napkins blow away at picnics and this would make paper towels a good alternative.
I would guess that some rain would get in through the hole in the top, and any paper towel sticking out through the side would also get wet, but still not nearly as much as just having the roll out bare.
That paper towel protector will also help protect against puppies who jump up and steal your paper towel. Ask me how I know this. :-) Also, fun fact: in South Africa we call it rollertowel.
If I had to choose the most useful one it would be that paper towerl protector. You'd be surprised how little it takes to blow a roll away at the park, especially when the roll is starting to thin.
Totally agreed, I don’t have much use for it now but for years of outdoor picnics, I got so tired of chasing paper towels or napkins! This would have been great for the beach.
I think the paper towel holder might also work well stationary if you were to hang it by the handle. It would probably swing back and forth a bit, but it could be useful in a shop setting to have it live in one location but be easily movable
There's probably a closet in James's home dedicated to pre-torn paper towels.😂 And I wonder if he went to a model home just to try out the cup clamp. It didn't look like his kitchen. 😂
Agreed, definitely not his kitchen. The space itself was much larger and the echo definitely could lead one to believe that the cupboards were not full.
I was actually wondering why the seeds aren’t in the compartment? I feel like the shells would be better on top… Do you wanna say I’m saying it actually looks like your hand fits in there to scoop out whatever you’re going to eat and the top space is a lot smaller to put the shells because the shelves are smaller than the actual nut shell combination

With regard to the cupholder, ALL c-clamps move a little bit horiozontally. I have a cupholder marketed by a crafting company for crafty tables, which also has a holder for a small trash bag. Works great. as does the apple peeler/slicer tool I got from a kitchen company that mounts on the counter with a c-clamp. They both shift a tiny bit side to side, but as you said, vertically very sturdy.
I disagree on the cup holder. It is a MUST for scrapbooking, crafting or any art project for that manner. Keeps your projects safe from accidental spills and saves much needed space. Far from unnecessary.

That "take a roll" would do absolute wonders for people who like to go camping. I am going to buy one for when we go on our military training out in the wilderness. I might even got some for my guys who are deploying next! Thanks again for another awesome video!
To test paper towel rolls outside they have to be loose, as in the initial seal on the first sheet that keeps it from unrolling needs to be broken and that first sheet should be flappin' around. The biggest issue with having paper towels outside is that the wind makes them unwrap from the roll. For that reason, I think that paper towel holder is probably a really good item.
That paper towel holder is spot on, I can not count the times the paper towels hit the ground outside and in the garage not to mention getting crushed in the car.
So, I actually own the holster. I work at home at my desk, and coffee is an essential for me. I use mugs and I’m a total clutz, which caused me to spill an entire mug of coffee onto my laptop. So the holster has been really helpful in that regard.
@@birbo5603 Yup! And I’m a mug collector as well, and it fits almost every type of mug as long as it isn’t something that’s on the larger side or a massive character head. It’s rather stable as well.
That 'Take A Roll' would be *GREAT* in the shop; you can take it anywhere you need shop towels and easily pull the sheets you need without worrying about the rest of the towels getting soaked/filthy/etc.
The only thing I'll say about the towel holder is that it does what it's supposed to do, which is keep your paper towels where they're supposed to be -- which is on the roll. I could totally see myself taking that out on a picnic, setting it on the table, and not having to worry about some gust of wind taking my roll away or unraveling it. Cool little things.
We’re big pumpkin seed and sunflower seed eaters. Those bowls come in handy to keep the mess to a minimum. We don’t really put our phones on it, though.
I can see the paper towel holder being useful for germaphobes. No one has to hold the roll, just the next sheet before tearing. As for carrying/holding the roll, spray some disinfectant on the handle or lid, and avoid soaking the roll! Perfect!
That paper towel dispenser is actually probably the most useful of them all. All of my family reunions/parties are usually at parks or outdoors, and the amount of napkins/paper towels we've lost to the dirt from a stiff breeze, that thing would come in handy. Saves space too because you don't have to find something bulky to set on top of them to keep them from blowing off the table.
2 easy fixes for the nut holder; 1)add some kinda of counter weight to the front so at worst it is front heavy. 2) make the top deeper but keep opening to bottom wide like it is, this will allow more nuts and since you end up eating the nut the shells doesn't need as much space to fill the bottom. Bonus advise, made it so the top indent stops before the phone holder so people don't have to dig under their phone for nuts and so the phone doesn't get dirty.
The cup holder would be great in a work room or garage where there may be things scattered on every surface. I love the take a roll paper towel holder. Great for camping at the lake
I can see the paper towel protector working well to prevent unfurling during windy weather. The test in the video had the roll on the right still attached to the rest of the roll.
That Take A Roll definitely looks like a great addition for camping and outdoor gear. Bungie cord or whatever and hang it off your RV out in the high desert and probably wouldn't ever have to worry about it.
I think you also should've done a weight test for the clamp drink holder. It's an interesting concept and could even work for people with desk jobs that have a lot of clutter on their desk. Of course, that would work for home use as well.
James, When I first saw the paper towel roll protector and dispenser, I could easily see hanging it horizontally from the framing of an outdoor pop-up awning or tent along with possibly inside a vehicle or rear hatch for camping. That way you just pulled down from its horizontal mounting off of the handle. Thanks for the continued videos!
Always appreciate your thoroughness and honesty! Have you ever looked at items from Dollar Tree? I go there a lot for crafting supplies and don't recommend the tools or electronics. Something that really has held up for me over time though is the apple corer, such a simple thing but since you press down hard on it so I didn't have high hopes. They have sturdy napkin and paper towel holders, and the new Compact Work Light works really well. Their dishes and glassware are incredible for the price. I would be fascinated to see what you would do with their products, and their website has lots of reviews.
The added benefit for the paper towel dispenser is that even in a VERY windy place you could still lay it down on it's side the and big handle would stop it from going anywhere--and you could still use it in that position!
I'm intrigued by the paper towel holder. Not because I eat outdoors but because I have cats. More than once I've come home to find one of them has jumped on the kitchen counter and shredded my paper towels.
@@Freakinreviews At first I was tripped out. Bro, don't do that to me after all these years. I got used to the other kitchen. Lol In my mind I was working out different camera angles trying to figure out if it was just the camera angle somehow but nothing worked!

Did you get a new home , I missed something 🤔 nice place
He's on a trip.
We’re big pumpkin seed and sunflower seed eaters. Those bowls come in handy to keep the mess to a minimum. We don’t really put our phones on it, though.
Good ones...
I also wouldn't want a phone that close to my nuts.
And yes, those paper towels were on a roll 😄😆
I can see the paper towel holder being useful for germaphobes. No one has to hold the roll, just the next sheet before tearing. As for carrying/holding the roll, spray some disinfectant on the handle or lid, and avoid soaking the roll! Perfect!
Sunflower seed sheller is so stupid. You can just buy them without shells if that's how you like them.
Love the Bold & Brash in the background. True classic.
I think you should try the sunflower seed shell remover again, but leave the mechanism on the counter/table when using.
The take a roll seems like a good idea for picnics & BBQs.
The cup holder should have been tested on outdoor chairs where a cup holder might be useful attached to the chair arm.
Totally making my own
I think you also should've done a weight test for the clamp drink holder. It's an interesting concept and could even work for people with desk jobs that have a lot of clutter on their desk. Of course, that would work for home use as well.
James,
When I first saw the paper towel roll protector and dispenser, I could easily see hanging it horizontally from the framing of an outdoor pop-up awning or tent along with possibly inside a vehicle or rear hatch for camping. That way you just pulled down from its horizontal mounting off of the handle. Thanks for the continued videos!
I have a older version of the cup holder. It’s saved many a drink from being knocked over by my cats who think cups are made to be tipped!
The sound of that peeler dying got me 😂 I bet you could use the bowl in reverse for more space for your nuts!
I can see that last one being very helpful while camping.
James whipped out that bowls full product title like Chowder talking about what he wants for Knishmas.
The cup holder would be good for cat owners (no more knocking glasses off surfaces), and clumsy people (like me).
My cats are part of the reason I got it. Recommended
When the nut sheller kept going I laughed so hard I lost my breath. I don’t know how you did that with a straight face 🤣🤣😂😂
The best part about sunflower seeds is the cracking them open and spitting out the shells. 🙂
The phone/nut holder is weird, I wouldn't think there's a high demand for the combo.
It doesn't even make sense, you would block your view every time you reach for a nut
The added benefit for the paper towel dispenser is that even in a VERY windy place you could still lay it down on it's side the and big handle would stop it from going anywhere--and you could still use it in that position!
The towel holder I wouldn't even call unnecessary...
Oh I need the take a roll. I can use it to keep my cats from destroying the rolls of paper towels.
That paper towel throw transition was really nice
The paper towel dispenser would be great to keep in a vehicle with children. Also for picnics and cleaning windows. I would buy one.
Omg ur face when the sun flower didn’t stop
Take a roll, reminds me of an old Tupperware pitcher my mom had.
omg this could be a DIY project if you got an old one laying around. lol
The paper towel holder would be great with my cat! He loves to 'play' with them and this would definitely stop him.
I'm intrigued by the paper towel holder. Not because I eat outdoors but because I have cats. More than once I've come home to find one of them has jumped on the kitchen counter and shredded my paper towels.
Hey I have that nut holder! It works great. Ive had it for a couple years and it stands the test of time! I was surprised to see it in the thumbnail!
Whos kitchen were you in? Are you moving?
It's a new place I'll be using for some of my videos!
@@Freakinreviews So is it a set? Also does kitchen without Bailey walking around even count?
@@Freakinreviews At first I was tripped out. Bro, don't do that to me after all these years. I got used to the other kitchen. Lol In my mind I was working out different camera angles trying to figure out if it was just the camera angle somehow but nothing worked!
You can buy shelled sunflower seeds in any bulk section of any supermarket, ANYWHERE, and they actually cost less per weight.
I am definitely going to buy that cup holster 👌🏻 perfect for my desk
Where the heck is that kitchen? Surely that’s not anywhere anyone actually lives
Maybe he found a home design store that forgot to lock their doors and he decided to use one of their display kitchens.
Thanks for recommending the Take A Roll! I bought one a few months ago after seeing it here and it's a great item to bring on camping trips.
Glad you enjoy it. I would guess that camping and picnics are what they had in mind when it was developed.
How in the world do you keep your counters so clean (not cluttered❓) Mine, you can’t see counters… 😊GRINS and GIGGLES😂
The paper towel holder is quite clever! It's designed like a dog poop bag dispenser but in giant form! Perhaps the company should consider expanding its product offerings to include a TP holder/protector/dispenser of a similar design for camping.
