- We all have ups and downs. As a family physician, I saw many sick people struggling to recover. That was why I created Tai Chi for Rehabilitation.
I utilized a gentle and powerful sun style movement to cultivate healing qi, a Yang style movement to build self-compassion and inner strength. And then the Chen style movement to continue moving you upward to wellness and energy.
Some of my friends used it to help recover from intensive care. Many used it for stress relief.
At the start of the pandemic, I offered this program free to improve immunity and health. Within weeks 50 thousand people tried it. I was inundated with their stories of how much it helped them.
This program is easy and short, almost anyone can use it to recover from challenges and to generate new energy. It is complementary to any other tai chi forms, especially any of my tai chi for health programs.
