The offender is me in the video. Had James do a bunch of work on the bike last fall and what an amazing job he did. Turned my ZRX into a really special corner carving machine. I was really enjoying it. Sorry that it happened. Still sick about it. I broke my fibula in two places, broken foot, compression fracture in my spine. Had surgery last wednesday and today is the first day im off pain meds.

James did some amazing work to my bike, everything was updated minus the engine, and i was beyond thrilled with how it was transformed into an absolute weapon on the street. Shocks, brakes, rotors, carbs, wheels, handlebars, rear sets omg just an amazing job. Went in a little hot, got a little slide and couldn’t compensate because there was no room left for error. Considering how heavy he fell, I’m impressed there’s no serious injuries or damages to the bike. All in all, those kind of lessons aren’t terrible.

Im the guy who crashed. Still sick about it and broke a few bones but i will fully recover. I had made several passes that day with Max around with no issue. Was having a great day, riding comfortably with no pressure. I lost traction and was also distracted by the supermoto (not his fault) and the rest is history.

I was riding an R1 at that time. Long story short i end up crashing and he went back at me "I told u not to go fast".
As a fellow ZRX1200 owner glad youre ok and the big tough Kawa stood up to the crash with little damage. Do you have an engine cut out fitted if the bike goes over? These engines dont like running on their side. Engine failure can result later down the line.

It’s 100% under your control how you ride. It’s a lot easier said than done, but riding your own ride is so crucial for longevity in motorcycling.
