I can put up with rain to give me rivers, lakes trees and crops. But I understand that some people prefer the rocky dry areas. I suppose it depends where you were brought up. I was brought up in Lancashire UK so I am accustomed to wet weather. New Zealand also gets plenty of rain in most areas. 😂😂

The interactions with local people at the country side is so warm, innocent and welcoming. Are you Ukrainian, Russian out of curiosity. Have you eaten? Ive just decided Katherine is Jamaican! Thats the mood im in today! WHOA! Maybe pops is just jumping on the US Woke bandwagon! and not to judge a book by its cover, Pops was being polite and foreward thinking!
I think pops is giving her warning signs be careful while travelling, who you revel your nationality to due to political tensions not many people are understanding. Edit: Lucky she is in China, people do that outside China may get attacked or stab, in which this is why China is a much safer place.
I'll take biking in the rain any day in summer over riding in the hot sun. It's probably very hot and humid like Japan. At 10:50, that town was incredible, there are probably not many like that left. It's crazy how China has only one time zone despite being 5000 km from east to west, the sunrise time changes more than 3 hours in the same distance. There should be 3 or 4 time zones for a country that wide.
Everyone can see Aysajan falls head over heels in love with Katherine. But many people who ship the two seem to forget that marriage is not between two persons, not when you are Uyghur/Chinese for that matter. It's not impossible for them to be together but it's going to be really hard for Aysajan to adjust.
Yay! Aysajan! Did you mention he's a travel guide or something in one of your videos? Maybe I hallucinated it. I'm planning a trip to xinjiang later this year and would imagine he'd be such a great guide!
He isn’t a travel guide as a job, he was one of my video subscribers and offered to show me around after seeing I was traveling in the area the school he was working at is . So, an “informal” travel guide 😂 He moved to Hangzhou recently though so he is no longer available for this service 😂

It's common in South China to rain continuously every day for more than 2 months, or it can rain 150 mm or 200 mm in 8 hours. And it has much more rain than usual in South China and it is too dry in North China this year.
