Phantom Hourglass may not have had the biggest soundtrack in the series, but songs like this sure have heart. And funnily enough I just restarted PH recently! Thanks for doing this one, all of us Zelda fans appreciate it!
I remember getting to DS island and realizing I had to dig for a while because I was using a 3DS XL, where the Home, Select and Start buttons line the bottom of the bottom screen.

I really like Phantom Hourglass I just don't understand why this game is called so bad just because the Temple of the Sea King resets completely every time you leave it but I still think that's no reason to rate it so bad I think it's rather fun to cross it again and again from my side it's a great game also the music is great but this remix of Ciela is really a blast Thank you for this renewal of the music keep up the good work :)
She works on these by commission, so if you can afford it, I'd definitely super recommend seeing if you can whenever they're available!
I mean, heck, there's even a warp portal taking you to the halfway point. And the rooms are all relatively short. Not that bad, honestly.
There's only one problem with Phantom Hourglass and that's the touch controls. I hope we see a port of both PH and ST with revised controls because they are great games.

I’m still sad that we have no idea how DS/3DS games will be able to be preserved. Playing a game that uses touch screen so much like this and Spirit Tracks is currently a lot different in any form of emulation I’m aware of versus just the original hardware… I hope Nintendo will figure something out that allows this and other games like Kid Icarus Uprising to still be playable even as the 3DS fades from Nintendo’s support…

@@gormauslander Moreso subjectively terrible, because personally, I love the controls for this game. I know a lot of people disagree, but I love them.
Hang on, I think I just realized something about this song? Is is possible the two wind instruments (can't identify them but they're definitely different) that trade the melody back and forth could be a reference to the spirit of courage splitting itself in two in the story? Anyway props for another banger arrangement, it's really playful and fun!
I'm late, but this theme it's the 2nd melody that you hear in the Great Fairy Fountain.

I retract my comment on Puppet Ganon being as obscure as it is lol. Phantom Hourglass’ soundtrack is filled to the brim with underrated songs and is underrated as a whole. Thank you whoever requested this track for the nostalgia trip

edit: I also like how all the instruments can be heard, whilst also not standing out too much. The bassoon and percussion in the background especially. Very nice.
Such a beautiful recomposition. Just add some steppy to the fairey fountain, and bam you got a spunky fairy character theme.
I'm not sure you do suggestions, but there's this one DS game that doesn't get enough love. It's called Monster Tale. I'd love to hear your orchestral take on the main theme!

That noodle animator uses this in his videos and for the longest time I was like "why is that so familiar?" found out it was this track and now it has come full circle with this arrangement :)
