Does anyone from the US sent gifts to Sherpa without going through Amazon? I'm trying to send a Christmas gift, but they won't send it without a last name and recipient's phone number! I need help! ☹

We always called the single wrap around pieces garland and the individual long spaghetti like silver strings tinsel. It takes longer to put each piece on but in the end the tree is beautiful, dripping with silver "ice" . Down side is if a dog or cat decides to eat some. I'd rather not think about our giant Great Dane when I was growing who had it hanging out his backside requiring rubber gloves to pull it out. Normally he'd just crawl under the tree flatten packages , knock off decorations and run around the house with silver tinsel all over his beautiful black coat. He decorated himself.

we call tinsel, garland, tinsel is the little stuff that you dress up the tree after you've decorated it. tinsel also prevents you from vacuuming for at least a month after christmas.
@@kabelor56 tinsel is used interchangeably here. But yes, there is strands of garland types and the individual pieces.

Until it smells right, it ain't right. That last bauble gave the tree what it lacked - at least for a short moment. Sherpie certainly knew better use for it 🐾

Jamie, I'm viewing this in July, so no, I haven't scrolled down to see if others have given you tree decorating advice. If this is repetitive I apologise, but without shame I will tell you that when it comes to Christmas tree decorating, I'm a past master, a very, very good one. Sooo . . . here goes guy . . .
You're off to a GREAT start, that was a correct guess, things on strings go first!! Tinsel can be added last and sort of weaved around the other ornaments, but first is easier. Also, when it comes to lights and ornaments, the more the merrier! You were concerned about too many lights, but no way. What you've done here is GREAT!! And it looks so beautiful in the evening, my, my!!! And the star on top is nice! Just right! Sherpa would have been way too big for the top! (LOL!). You were also concerned about the balls being too much, but they're not at all!!! Actually, may I suggest keep everything the same next time, except add at least twice as many if not three times as many? It truly would be fine. Maybe get the others in another shape and color for variety, but if that's too adventurous more of these same balls are good!!! You and Sherp did GREAT!!! I hope your Christmas was happy, and I hope your next one is even better!!! God bless!
