Your videos are great. Its hard sometimes to understand, watching and not being there, what it should feel like. I've found that visualizing trying to touch your elbows to the spot your palms are touching the machine or trying to bring your elbows around the chest and touching has improved my workouts greatly. Driving elbows to the bar instead of pushing the bar out with my hands. Amazing stuff.
Bit weird.. there is more than one human on the planet that has some insight into muscle building. Don’t be so dogmatic .. dangerous trait. I like and respect Mike by the way
The micro attention to detail is incredible. I'm probably engaging about 40% of Mikes tips from this site, but I feel like for the first time I'm connecting on the muscles I'm meant to be training. Pure gold. Thank you Mike.
Mike your so right it's not about lifting heavy to get gains I do lighter weight and move the weight properly keeping the tempo slow and steady makes light weight feel heavier and I've made huge gains in just a month back you are a true genius in the gym
I can't imagine the pump you get doing a workout with "Mike," but I know I have been getting the best pumps I ever felt practicing his movement style. Good video.
Starting to think about new trends of videos and I think Mike should be like Gordon Ramsay where he rates other people's dishes they create but Mike rates people's workout videos they send to him at a charge and then he either roasts them or whatever he chooses to do 😂😂😂 These would be classics... Much love and respect brother...
The only time I ever felt my chest is in peak contraction on a pecdeck.. It's slowly getting better with Mikes videos but holy shit it's hard to hit your chest
What the guys said at then end is so true. I cabbaged myself last night using just bands for a leg and shoulder workout - and today I can feel the muscles I worked. Not just sore knees and hips but actual sore muscles. The difference is though, they feel stimulated not just destroyed. Keeping tension even with light weight is gruelling. Ha ha, man does it make you realise how strong you actually aren't. I wish I could go back thirty years and do this stuff. But better late than never, I guess.
These videos by @bigmikevanwyck give you an opportunity to see the form, the correction to the form, and put yourself in that position to compare how right or "wrong" you have been moving. little things like your posture, where your shoulders should be, how far in/out your elbows are, palms up, ... so much to take in from one video alone. Someone sponsor me please!!! 😭
Every "personal trainer" alive should watch Mike train people. I've never seen a trainer involved with actually teaching the movement. Most of them are just rep counters.
Hey Mike you've opened my eyes to so much in the time I've been watching your vids, much appreciated. I'm curious I'm sure you've mentioned it before but I haven't came across it but what is the volume/# of sets & reps in a typical workout look like for you?
If people would leave their damn phones alone and concentrate more on their form and muscle intent they wouldn't wonder why they've never felt like that after a workout before.
Why would you be that judgmental and why would you want just another usual jacked person to come in and do the work out? This speaks to the beginner/average gym goer.
LOL Mike fucked up assuming these two will ever recover from this workout. Not a slight against him I just don't think they will recover from it, but I could be wrong.
We’ll be back for leg day 🥵💰
The head movement when doing any chest motion is incredible. I feel like I just started training chest

Keep those shoulders down and back throughout the whole movement. They want to roll but don't let them.

I love the Nigerian 🇳🇬 door signs! 😂😂😂
Love you Mike from Cali. Near to Flex fitness.
Hey Mike may I ask why on the dumbell chest press do you get your clients to lift there heads then lower it throughout the movement

Epic 💪
anybody know how much Mike charges for a training session ?
Great workout but can you recover for the next one??
:44 umm we can tell
I'd pay thousands to work out with Mike a few times
Imagine my surprise when I see that I train my chest right
Did you guys just grab a couple of Random from the gym
Neck movement not good for discs.. at least for me

Its a thinking man's sport 🤔
I know that was a Good workout, but these two guys look like they just come off the street into the Gym for the very first time .
Why would you be that judgmental and why would you want just another usual jacked person to come in and do the work out? This speaks to the beginner/average gym goer.
Because it's true these guys really don't lift weights
These guys just going thru the motion in the gym I guess they look like they never seen a gym SMH
Gotta put our full send and happy dad shirts on 😒😒
🤣🤣🤣
