Been watching Presello over a year, and this I can say is definitely my favorite house so far! The most practical and smart use of space. Lots of thought put into the engineering and design!
I must commend that they finally decided to have the montage of the house at the end of the video. That way it doesn't spoil much what we are about to see. I used to skip those montage before to not spoil myself. Kudos, Presello editor and the whole crew!
My gosh, this townhouse doesn't feel like a townhouse at all. So spacious, and classy. Gaganda ng details ng house. And the massive walk-in closet!

Nicest small house I’ve seen in a very long time, if not the nicest. Well designed, tastefully chosen finishes making the property seem more expensive and smart choices overall. Seem bigger than it actually is despite having been shown at night.
That is a stunning townhouse, and as always, the lovely Julia does an amazing job showcasing it!

one of the reasons why i love watching presello is because of their continuous video recording, just following ms. julia around. but now, what's happening? T^T dumadami po yung jump cuts nyo into other clips hanggang sa hindi na makita kung saan dumadaan si ms. julia papunta sa rooms. i swear, yon yung pinakagusto ko, yung walang paputol-putol, yung feel mo talaga na tino-tour ka dahil kita mo lahat ng dinadaanan nya at hindi ka maliligaw. bring that back please.

I would like to hear the good and the not so good about this home. Example: the entrance door from the garage does not have a handle just the deadbolt - I noticed the difficulty of you opening the door. Be objective during presentation because this way we know how you actually feel about any project. Keep up the great work - you keep it light and humorous!
