Want to help you with the correct terms for better description on your future tours. 1. The ramp leading to the driveway is called a Turf stone 2. The material that was used on the pedestrian gate are fiber cement wood panels 3. For the ceiling garage, it looks like PVC panels or PVC cladding or it can be WPC panels or wood plastic composite panels 4. the mechanism used for some cabinets is a push latch mechanism 5. the cover for the curtains in the bedrooms is called a valance board if it is covered by a plyboard and is attached to the ceiling 6. for the master bedroom, it is called a curtain cove, since it is part of the ceiling 7. the short partition dividing the shower area from the rest of the bathroom is called a zocalo 8. it is called a glass shower enclosure if it has doors and fixed glass that encloses the shower area 9. shower partition if it's just a fixed panel with no doors. Great little video. I would suggest you watch the sound levels. Julia's voice was very low so I turned it up, then during the B-roll section the music BLASTED very loud I didn't see any AirCon in the whole house?
It's a nice house, but it lacks a storage space... I would have a 3rd floor (or an attic) just for that alone. The sky light is kinda hard to reach though (for cleaning purposes), but really a smart idea.

I don’t mind townhomes but I prefer the units to be built on wider lots. Not necessarily to have more square footage but yes that and also more width is more important for me I hate narrow lots Just me. Not saying this is that narrow but….. just my perception
Nakadikit sa ibang house? una palang un agad napansin ko which is for me is off since privacy is a must for me. Maganda sana kung may malawakk na space between house and the barricade para walang makakita/rinig sa inyo
Feng shui is outdated and hindi totoo. Shit and baseless ang feng shui. Modern design is pinag aralan talaga yan ng mga architect kung ano ang best and functional. I worked in a chinese owned company as a building maintenance engineer. Sumakit ulo ko sa mga gusto madaming faulty designs at fire hazards akong nakita at gusto pa ang gawin kong trabaho eh pasok sa feng shui. 6 months lang ako baka maging cause pa ng pagkawala ng lisensya ko pag nagka aberya don
What i observe on the house are the hallways to the rooms are so narrow the masters bed room is not a good location to be considered a masters bed room, the view isn't a good place to view at all.( The room with a balcony should be the masters bed room) What i only like on this house tour is the pocket garden. 😊
Pinas is soo weird! You have a kitchen but you don't have a stove and range hood. So basically, the kitchen is an arte arte space! In north america, we actually have a functional kitchen. In the masterbedroom, why put a window when your view sucks?? Its just not well thought out
Eto ang example ng presentor na hindi nag ready pr hindi handa magpresent. Parang kasabay lang siya ng viewer na 1st time makita yung unit eh. Dapat yan nag walkthrough muna at nag notes ang presentor hindi yung ganyan pati siya nagugulat sa nakikita nya for the first time.
