It seems that money is an issue to you because you're hurt with the price of these properties but you'd have to look further because these aren't all the properties that are being sold. It's definitely cheaper here than the US. Have you done at least a bit of research?

I've worked in this building for so long as a real estate agent!!! And I have never seen the penthouse, back in my years as an agent there this wasn't for sale so I never visited. Seeing it here was a total "daaaaamn" moment. And the price is amazing for the location and the beauty! I hope Will takes it! The owner took their time in designing this house! The Php45million penthouse is amazing. But just my two cents, check the location for possible flooding, traffic and fault line. And also ask the owner why they’re selling it just to make sure that there are no other issues about the place.

The location is good in Mandaluyong, just a bridge away to Makati, less than 10 kilometers to Makati CBD, ansd Rockwell. Very close to a supermarket and good restos. Location is good plus, as the broker said, cost is much lower here than Makati and BGC

Cool! Same bldg where we live. The best thing about this building is that it sits on a bedrock and far from the fault line which makes it a safe area according to geodetic engineers. That is actually quite cheap for a penthouse that big.

Oh my! I saw this penthouse in Presello, like years ago; and I fell in love with it. The only con is that, you would rather buy a house & lot rather than floating house.
When in comes to condos it’s a good price already considering that your near bgc, if you buy a condo like this in bgc it would probably cost 300-500 million pesos. The house is also fully furnished. And it got a very homey feel not like the other houses that are more expensive but without furnitures.

A lot of peepz here have been commenting about their preference to have a house and lot than a condo and shared their wishes for Will to have that instead. But if you've watched Will and his mom's previous condo hunt vlog, you'll know that they prefer a condo that a stand alone house in the metro. They are people on the go and they don't want to be bothered by maintenance issues associated with the keeping up of a house. A condo is pretty much a more convenient way to go for them.
Wil preferred a house as per Jacko. Refer to 1st video of their house hunt. Mudra is the one who doesn't want a house and prefers a condo due to house maintenance etc.
@@sardisnas maintenance of the condo is easier because you only maintain everything inside your unit, everything outside like common areas are duties of the condo corp unlike a house you are going to maintain inside, outside and everything on your property.

The Php45million penthouse is amazing. But just my two cents, check the location for possible flooding, traffic and fault line. And also ask the owner why they’re selling it just to make sure that there are no other issues about the place.
Mandaluyong sits on an adobe bedrock covered by a thin layer of soil and is classified as within a Very Low Risk area least likely to be affected by high intensity earthquakes. 😊

The location is good in Mandaluyong, just a bridge away to Makati, less than 10 kilometers to Makati CBD, ansd Rockwell. Very close to a supermarket and good restos. Location is good plus, as the broker said, cost is much lower here than Makati and BGC

Cool! Same bldg where we live. The best thing about this building is that it sits on a bedrock and far from the fault line which makes it a safe area according to geodetic engineers. That is actually quite cheap for a penthouse that big.

When in comes to condos it’s a good price already considering that your near bgc, if you buy a condo like this in bgc it would probably cost 300-500 million pesos. The house is also fully furnished. And it got a very homey feel not like the other houses that are more expensive but without furnitures.

A lot of peepz here have been commenting about their preference to have a house and lot than a condo and shared their wishes for Will to have that instead. But if you've watched Will and his mom's previous condo hunt vlog, you'll know that they prefer a condo that a stand alone house in the metro. They are people on the go and they don't want to be bothered by maintenance issues associated with the keeping up of a house. A condo is pretty much a more convenient way to go for them.
Wil preferred a house as per Jacko. Refer to 1st video of their house hunt. Mudra is the one who doesn't want a house and prefers a condo due to house maintenance etc.

@@sardisnas maintenance of the condo is easier because you only maintain everything inside your unit, everything outside like common areas are duties of the condo corp unlike a house you are going to maintain inside, outside and everything on your property.

agree on this one, it's even cheaper to buy a lot in tagaytay and build a house from ground up. however...... if he's really looking for a house inside metro manila, that last one's the best in price and location (near the airport, since he's travelling a lot)
