How does the water drain off the roof deck? I didn't see any drains in the floor or at the base of any of the perimeter walls? EDIT: I rewatched the video and I think I saw a small drain in the corner under the tap. I hope that is enough to handle the typical tropical downpours we can sometimes have. I am paranoid about flat roofs and roof decks because that is what I want and you have to do it right or so many things can go wrong.

I think 2-4 houses lang yung nakita ko pa so far na medyo may kalakihan (di talaga masikip) yung quarter for the helpers kasi they deserve din naman ng magandang environment to rest/relax after their work. All in All, I really like this house
