In Chinese character when we write music, it is written as " 樂"； it also means happy or happiness; when we write medicine, it is written as " 藥 " ; the lower part is the same as music but added upper part as "grass".
Does it mean, the ancient Chinese already found music as a medicine ?
In today's terminology, grass = herbs; medicine (cured) = music + happiness + herbal tea

Been using solfeggio frequencies for years now. Changes your whole life. Keeps you from getting sick, heals you, and gives you good energy. Tuning for instruments is perfect and sounds far better than 440 hz standard tuning. Planetary frequencies, and bodily organ frequencies work great too. Overall, it seems sound moves brainwaves, and if your brain isn't exercising or resting all the brainwaves or rebalncing them, the body falls out of balance. This is why we sleep. But it seems we lose the ability over time while we sleep, unless we practice meditation, or listen to these holy frequencies. If you are tired when you wake, that means your brain isn't stimulating and resting the brain frequencies/waves it needs or doesn't need. There are frequencies for literally every part of our bodies, and outside our bodies, our auras.

@jasonb4321 for me, good speaker while you sleep works best. I use headphones for meditation. However, you will still reap benefits using just your phone speaker. Don't listen to tones every night. Just a few nights a week and swap other nights/days for meditation. Be picky choosy with which tones you use at different times cuz not all work the body/cells the same. You must listen to your body and how it feels while listening to these, that will tell you basically which ones to use. It's kind of complicated to explain, and best thing to do is just keep using them to understand them more and pay attention to how they affect you at different times. Basically higher frequencies=higher concioussness and more energy, lower frequency=lower concioussness and more healing. Hope this helps.

I don’t understand pls explain how I will get it and how to use it
All my guitars and my piano are tuned to A432. The feeling of the music is drastically different than at 440. Animals are effected by it, also. Ever since tuning to 432, my dogs will lay near the piano and quickly go to sleep when I’m playing.
For the past four years I have listened to these frequencies and the benefits are much better health physically and spiritually I use these frequencies while I sleep or meditate

This is one of MANY amazing videos on the importance of SOUND. I haven"t figured it out yet but, I am constantly forever catching 5:28 on my phone, house clocks, receipts, the mail, and News papers and comically when i am inside of Walmart. @@titaniaart333 you can buy an inexpensive digital tuner from any music store, make sure to ask the employee for one that can be calibrated. They are pretty common so it won’t be difficult to find. I’ve even had a few cheap clip on tuners that had a calibration feature. I’ve tried it at 444 hz as well but 432 is the sweet spot to my ears. I can almost tune it precisely without one because there is a sustain or resonance to the note that is noticeable to my ears. When I close my eyes the note seems to expand, hard to describe without sounding hokey but it’s not my imagination. It inspires me to play and it puts me in a meditative state. I’ve lost track of time improvising many a time. The notes seems to bounce out to me. I will never tune my guitars to 440 again and not because I seen or read something about it, I hear and feel the difference. It’s as warm as a cozy blanket on a cold morning to me. God bless…

Body is made up of water. Skin is our biggest organ. How does sound effect water?? Headphones aren't enough. You need to be immersed in the sound so you can feel it too. I do sound therapy in my Tahoe lol

The class is private, sorry, but it’s not hard to figure out.
Take the study of transcendental meditation, study of the chakras and raising the kundalini energy, so each chakra is represented by a frequency ! Then study sound healing with the use of musical instruments. Our bodies vibrate accordingly to our energy levels, right !
So just incorporate, eight fold path, with meditation and musical instruments that help you get into the transcendental meditation.
Sounds like a lot but look for the sound healing groups in your area.

I just took a class on this, this video is spot on!
I listen to music in 432hz when driving to and from work, keeps me calm and stress free. I listen to 440hz when lifting weights, make me feel aggressive and gives a energy boost!
So the high pitched sound I've been hearing consistently for over 4 years is actually these sounds, and many others hear it too. When I heard these sounds on this video it resonates with me. It's probably a spiritual sound we're all hearing...

I'm open to suggestion.
