Ok so I've been on a really destructive path the last couple months. Drinking, getting into fights with my loved ones, smoking so many cigarettes, suicidal thoughts. I could go on and on. I beat myself up over everything. I always say I hate myself. I'm very mean to myself. Anyway. It's been a week since I've had a drink, a day since I've smoked and three days since I started listening to this everyday. I noticed a sense of peace after the first time I listened to it. All of a sudden those negative voices in my head weren't so loud anymore. I plan on making this a regular part of my routine. I truly believe this is part of our overall health. Awesome thank you. I just bought a Solfeggio set of tuning forks and I am going to use on my fibromyalgia, pinched nerves and cervical neuropathy. I believe sound can heal at the right frequency and with persistence but this was great
