Would be nice to see the actual ending cost of an actual project vs what Archicad says it should cost.

It is something that I think all of us would like to try and track on all of our projects, right. I personally find that the market moves so quickly these days with escalation, any attempt to undertake an estimate or opinion of probable cost is high risk as an Architect. I personally always use a Quantity Surveyor to advise on estimates.
