@@roughprecisionplayz-6434 he wasn't a fan of their current manager for some reason. So he tried to dispute it with a lawyer. The other members of the band didn't want a new manager. So it was decided that they had to split.
I guess he wanted to go into a different direction with how the music sounded. Which I feel like is true because his solo stuff is quite a bit different from what they were doing before.
