- Hiii friends! My sleep schedule has been an absolute mess for wayyyy too long now, and I figured it was finally time to fix it! So join me, a * night owl * , as I try to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier with the goal of becoming a morning person ... sort of! I explain it in the video ;) I'm not gonna lie it was a bit of a struggle, but it's been a few days since I filmed the last day of this video, and it's been totally worth it!

I'm usually awake at 3:22 AM from the other direction, I get up for the morning at 3 AM and go to bed at 8:30 PM every night (I fall asleep fast so I'm not sleep-deprived). Amazingly, I'm dating a night owl, my boyfriend sometimes goes to bed at ungodly late times. One time he told me he went to bed at 12 and got up at 8, I was like "hey that's actually not bad" then i almost spit out my drink when he said he meant he went to bed at noon and got up at 8 PM. There's staying up late and then there's........whatever that is. Usually though he goes to bed at 5 AM to 7 AM and gets up around 1 PM to 2 PM, give or take.
I’m really glad you keep posting videos and I was just about to start to fix my sleep schedule over the summer. Funny how life works
This just made me realize how extreme early riser I am, I saw 2:44 AM and was like "oh, you're getting up a little early" then realized you were going to bed. I think it's important to figure out what works for you and put phones and other distractions away, do some trial and error. I'm an extreme morning person, I wake up around 3 AM most mornings and go to bed around 8:30 PM.
oh my goodness! I can't even imagine waking up at 3AM and going to bed at 8:30PM! that's such a different schedule!But very cool that it works out for you!
@@lina.lecompte It's kind of normal for me, I love the early mornings, so much time to be creative and work on artwork and other things. My boyfriend is a night owl and we kind of tease each other over our very different sleep schedules, haha.
