@@BltzZ Yeah it really is cool X3. Also, thank you so much for all the content. These builds have really helped and I especially need to incorporate the MP regain one next time I play. Currently chapter 17 and...getting a bit scared of the Hojo section. I don't even know if I'll attempt the final VR challenge.
I haven't hit hard mode yet but when I do I'm building Barret like this, this video shows how to turn him into a god mode healer. Hopefully you have others up by the time I'm good to go.
Very useful build. I used the EKG Cannon as I prefer AOE and range combat for Barret. I have used similar HP absorb combos for the deadly dodge. Enemy skill I didn't realise, so that's really ingenuous for the HP health regeneration.
Versatility is the best feeling ever with these characters and Barret screams versatile more than anyone else! Love love love his combat and how you can steal health with enemy skill like this.
@BltzZ I feel Cloud and Barret are most versatile compare to the ladies. I have turned my Cloud into a crit-base counter samurai build. Quite fun! Of course this build is only when Aerith is around, he is still my magic slinger if Cloud is paired with Barret.
Point blank and max fury when enemies are stagger. But if you are using melee then uppercut is great. It's been brought to my attention one uppercut then a triangle charge fills up your overrun so you can use it almost instantly. Combos these together like the pinned comment says can bring you crazy dps
“Barret is my second favorite character in the game....” I see you are a player of culture. :) I’m going to farm on HP material to see how this build works out for me. Barret is already an HP sponge in my walkthrough, I gotta see how this one works out! Thanks.
@@BltzZ well back in the late 90s and early 2000 I probably spent 100s if not 1000s of hour playing Star Fox 64 on the N64 I loved that game only thing I could never quite get the medal for area 6 kept getting between 289 up to 299 hits never could get 300.
Black mage is high damage DPS. White mage is healing. Red mage is melee and white magic with lower level magic. Blue mage uses enemy skills against them. Sage is all combined
I agree but for the most part the party selection is just following the linear story from the OG (minus redxiii ☹️) but I agree, multiple materia presets should be present. But no worries all of that will be present and definitely be the case in remake part 2 once it's open world and we have so many materia options and party combinations!
I ignored Enemy Skill on my first playthrough because it felt like it came kind of late, plus none of the current party members I could see as a blue mage. I always gave that to Cait Sith since Blue Mages in Final Fantasy are usually the weird characters. I would've gave it to Red XIII though, if he was playable. I wouldn't think Bad Breath would be one of the skills you could learn since there are no Marlboros in this game unless I missed it in one of the sidequests I skipped.
Enemy skill is super good and the Marlboro is in the second to last chapter 17 VR mission. On barret especially melee you can get some crazy damage and healing back with the enemy skill combos
Exactly! And that damage you get in return is disgusting. I think someone crunched the numbers and beserk is a 25% damage buff and defense nerf. I could be mistaken but I read that on Reddit I believe
Wow! I know what I'll be doing this weekend. The range build is the one I'm definitely gonna give a try. Just got Barrett back in my party after the Eligor fight.
I only wanna bring the best for you guys :) enjoy it! I'm surprised there aren't many other enemy skill related videos but I'm happy to keep bringing you guys the fire
I started the fight as Aerith. Surprisingly, controlling her is great for this fight. You stay at range which limits eligor's moveset worries (that sweeping scythe) and just dodge the charge attacks mostly and chuck magic attacks on him. In the third phase, swapping to tifa, and if you have ATB saved up, you can begin crippling the wheels before they start flying around and stagger them which allows you to basically finish them off
@HMtz, best tip I can give you is equip Aerith with healing carcanet and give her pray, you can give all characters chakra if you feel like you need more healing but both of these skills get around reflect. When Eligor goes flying around wait for him to cast his rain of spears move, run in with cloud or tifa and aerial attack him to get him to come down. Another protip is that you can Stop Eligor once he is in a staggered state then swap to Tifa and pump up the stagger damage with true strike and drop either ascension if your limit break is up or infinity's end with cloud and have Aerith fire her death laser for massive damage. Also summoning bahamut is probably the best choice for your summon, he has fast ranged attacks and his megaflare does the most damage to Eligor. If you have Gotterdamarung then using Ascension right off the bat with a follow-up focused strike from cloud will stagger phase one, use stop with tifa and unload into him with infinity's end to get him to immediately go into phase 2 flying.
This channel is amazing. Unfortunately I found it after I’ve already maxed out all my Materia, finished the in game challenge log, and gotten the Platinum. 😭. Here’s hoping they add some new VR challenges or something else to tide us over until part 2 so I can try out these builds!
It's linear just like the original game was during the midgar portions. Remake part 2 will feature the open world and large aspects of the original game since we leave midgar at the end.
@@BltzZ I know, that's why I can't wait for part 2 cuz it's gunna be legendary if they don't mess it up, and make everything bigger, more materia, non-linear, etc. As for this 1st game, still great game that I rate an 8/10, but the extreme linearity makes it feel more like a standard action game rather than an RPG, but that's just me.
i have a problem finishing the Top secret challenge specially bahamuth ifrit fight.. i wonder if this could be my answer :D ?? any chance you've tried this barret set up to the hardest challenge of the game?
I have not tried this against that challenge but this build is more suited for going against multiple enemies I don't think it's the best option. Be sure to check out my Top secret bosses challenge, I have a solid method there to beating it! Aerith is the goat
I love using the super tank build for Barret! Stacking 3 buffs at the same time and healing for free. Do you think the eskill + hp absorb would work good for this build? I’m usually staying pretty far away fro enemies so not sure if it would still be viable.
I think you'll be fine if you stick a bit closer. With the increased defense and self heals it won't and shouldn't be a problem :) bring on the dam dams
Melee Barret seems like a blast but my only complaint is the game doesn't seem balanced around him, making some of the levels feel like a chore to get through without having the option to use him as a ranged character. I'm sure he wrecks most normal mobs though.
Normal mobs all day yeah! Even if you have him melee setup tifa does great air combos while in chi level 3 and you can use Barrets max fury against flying enemies too
Especially in areas like Hojos lab were the group is split up and swapping out. Im still on my first playthrough but the lack of blue materia makes areas like that tedious.
I noticed that Sephiroth used Shadow Flare against you in the final battle against him, but E. Skill doesn't trigger when getting hit by it. I thought Shadow Flare was one of the coolest-looking moves that you could copy with E. Skill in the original, so I hope they add it eventually in future parts!
Eventually we will get it! They wanted to limit the amount of skills to earn and not make enemy skill super OP in midgar :) all good I'm remake 2 it will dominate for sure!
I mostly do the same, although I did like playing melee when you run through that part as him solo. Just really annoying that you have to switch to his ranged weapon to break down the obstacles (even though you can use maximum fury with his melee weapons normally, which breaks the continuity for me/rant)
Those videos are super impressive how much time they shave off each play thru haha my hats off to them! I'm also thankful you are loving these too let me know how the build suits you when you try it out =]
@@BltzZ thanks man, I love his melee build way more than I ever thought I would and have been using hp absorb+DD, but will def try out your. O BTW Barrett roll? You sound way to young to have a dad joke of that caliber.😅
I really enjoy playing with Barret, as an aggresive support/dps, with a lot off BRRRRRRRRRRTT! He deserves his own game like they did with Vincent in Dirge of Cerberus.
Wrong on that, PS5 is around the corner, and they are also working on the ports for Nintendo and Xbox. Also this was a linear game. The next has to incorporate open world. While they have started working on it... coding hasn't begun according to the latest interview because they are hashing out how to proceed. Remember after Midgar this is where the game really takes off... so they have to step it up AGAIN. But great video, these are awesome combos.
Thanks dude! Much appreciated. All I'm saying is they have the ground work as far as combat system character models etc setup. The first remake took 5 years to make because halfway through they took the project back from another developer and brought it in house. Which required them to essentially restart after the 3rd year in the middle. So I see the next one coming within less than 3 years
@@BltzZ well that might be true, you're not taking into account that the studio is currently divided working on recoding the game for the other two consoles and that the next game will most likely be PS5 only to start just like the current is PS4 and a different atchitecture . We have at least 2 new consoles to code the next one as well if not 3 if Nintendo release another one a year or so down the line. So, at least 3 years on the next game, since it was stated that back in November is when they started toying with the next games story telling concepts. Honestly, for a game equally as epic, 3 to 4 years won't be a bad wait... but I'm worried they are going to try and cram too much in to the next installment since the idea is 3 games... when it really should be 4. Original game was 4 disc... should be 4 games each as equally powerful and epic and worth it. But after that, your right the third/finale installment should only take 2 to 3 years at most.
Original game was actually 3 discs for ff7. But I can see them doing 4 games and I wouldn't mind that at all. For the ports over to Xbox and Nintendo and even PC I see them outsourcing another studio to do those in the meanwhile. Some company like blue hole or another one I cannot think of the name right now for the life of me haha. It's going to be a crazy wait for sure! But it'll all be worth it in the end :)
My fav is running aerith with fire+magnify, fire+mp absorb with first strike nothing else needed for human mobs in hard mode even just fire wipes groups with no mp usage. Swap fire for ice when in a monster heavy zone or lightning vs mechs, flying/floating wind. Also swap magnify for hp absorb when fighting bosses to replenish hp and mp while being able to cast pretty much non stop really fun when using her double cast aura and magnify although its overkill on even hard mode
@@BltzZ what would you put has Cloud's Battle moves? minus the Aura skill current set: Disorder (replaced with Algid Aura when Barret isn't in the party) Triple Slash Focus Thrust Counterslash
@@BltzZ Excellent idea, and I understand the developers had to draw a line somewhere. Imagine Cloud with full materia slots filled with all different combos of HP Absorption and elemental materia as well as one with Steadfast Block. I really wonder if you could make a true battletank build that way. All in on defense on one character while having the other team members just wail away.
Do the materia slots actually unlock differently depending on which core you get the upgrade from? I thought each weapon just had its own defined path to whether it adds a slot or links two already there and it didn't matter which core the materia upgrade came from. If so, you'd just be wasting SP on the weapon builds by buying the expensive upgrades adding materia slots first. Like for the first build, you bought the two upgrades in the last core instead of the second (4th level) core, but if the materia slots unlock/pair up regardless of which upgrade is bought from which core, you would end up being able to afford the buff duration upgrade immediately, which would be a great upgrade if it affects that enemy skill/HP absorb combo.
The materia slots have no order in which cores to give you connected slots. It always follows the same path except the nail bat. You are forced to connect the second pair after you get the 4th one no matter which core you are in. The only difference I've noticed was the nail bat which makes you unlock 6 individual non linked cores. Then every unlock after that is a connect
Welcome to the channel! Btw I gotta let you know I'm a huge fan I have all your albums and my girl made me the bad album poster for my office 😎. Haha I'm going to keep putting out fire content for you guys to enjoy
I can work on a video on that. Usually I just go ham on the tonberries and make sure they stay pressure and staggered. Behemoth you can't use any magic on at all or else he counters you everytime. No worries :)
Another awesome video! Would u you ever do a boss ranking vid from least favorite to most? Also who are u looking forward to using in part 2? For me its gotta b Vincent.
Vincent and Cid! Cid more so a bit because I main dragoon in ff14 haha. Didn't play cid much when I was younger. Vincent is going to be so sick man melee and gun combat blended
There is only 1 enemy skill materia in the game unfortunately. This is because it's a super broken materia haha well have access to more I'm sure in remake part 2
Loving your videos. They're great, well produced and things are explained well. Great job. I'm just about to go through chapter 18 in hard mode. How about a video to take down bosses who aren't vulnerable to anything? Thanks man.
I'm compiling footage for boss guides as we speak actually. I know it may be redundant as most people already finished the game twice by now but I wanna cover all bases for this channel :)
Well you can't be a tanky Glass Cannon tho. Glass Canon means you deal damage but have really poor defense. Barret has amazing defense with steel skin and his base stats alone.
@@BltzZ well I was just commenting on how that sounded I would've worded it differently, like Calling it a Juggernaut build, I'm definitely gonna try this once I play FF7R agian when I get the motivation
Barret has the best lines I swear. Hats off to his voice actor I love that dude. I saw him and Briana Aeriths voice actor Do a short let's play on the original FF7
I thought that Berserk is a particular skill on one of the materias…so the Berserk buff that is brought by Fury Ring isn't in effect if that materia isn't present in the build
No, fury ring keeps berserk activated always. No extra materia needed. I'm not even sure if there is a materia that activates berserk. The only other berserk is cloud while in punisher mode if you hold Square he charges a red aura hit and if it lands it activates berserk for cloud for 10 seconds.
@@BltzZ I see I see…I've just Googled about Berserk and found that there seems to be at least two ways to enter Berserk mode…first one's the fury ring as you've just said. The second is by upgrading the Binding Materia until level three, which allows a Berserk spell to be casted onto any character that you select. I've never seen people using this one tho, cuz Binding Materia is not very popular anyways
@@BltzZ you could probably try out Binding in the Second Time gameplay, sleep and stuff sound kinda useful against bosses that do consecutive damages (Time Materia is even more useful tbh🤔)
I wouldn't use this against top secret bosses. This is more for trash mobs in hard mode. You should check out my top secret bosses guide I released to smash that challenge!
That melee build is really awesome just a shame there ain't that many situations where you can can take full advantage of this build except in the vid. So really you could say this build for to easy level materia before taking on hard mode from the beginning just to have that lil advantage if your materia lvs aont high enough.
Naaaa I'm going to take advantage of this build every chance as Barret and use max fury against flying enemies and cloud or tifa to punish them via air. Tifas air combos are nasty when in chi level 3. Too bad air combat is trash in this game lol. The tracking is sooo off for the camera

Dude those eyes tho, you ain't wrong! XD
Hahaha this is the real reason why he wears the shades. The hide the goodies
I haven't hit hard mode yet but when I do I'm building Barret like this, this video shows how to turn him into a god mode healer. Hopefully you have others up by the time I'm good to go.
God mode healer and self heals like a bosssss
Barret is my bro crush. No homo.
I agree senpai
I used this build against the Failed Experiment. IT WAS FUN.
What do you think is Barret's best ability for DPS? I assume it would be point blank.
Point blank and max fury when enemies are stagger. But if you are using melee then uppercut is great. It's been brought to my attention one uppercut then a triangle charge fills up your overrun so you can use it almost instantly. Combos these together like the pinned comment says can bring you crazy dps
I hope the "Beta" enemy skill from the midgar zolom is just as op as in the original.
I have high hopes they deliver on that and keep us happy!
Oh yeah, that was another good one!
and i think that fucking snake gonna be so hard, even the hell house was hard, imagine that snake
Big guard and white wind are the ones I miss a lot
That snake is going to wreck us and I'm going to keep trying to beat it without the chocobo like when I was younger lmao
Fantastic videos BltzZ! Your videos have been a go-to for anything VII-R related and always good content. Thanks a lot! Also just subbed.
Happy to have you on the channel dude! Can't wait to continue bringing more of these for you guys :)
Yeah definitely dude! Can’t wait for future videos about the next instalments, absolutely loved the first part of the remake. Happy gaming. 👊
“Barret is my second favorite character in the game....”
I see you are a player of culture. :) I’m going to farm on HP material to see how this build works out for me. Barret is already an HP sponge in my walkthrough, I gotta see how this one works out! Thanks.
Its so much fun! You're going to love it haha i love how he just steamrolls everything
Blitz, thanks for the great content I truly appreciate the time you put into these videos.
Thanks dude I'm glad you guys are loving these because I'm having a lot of fun making them
I'm going to go test this out now. Looks crazy fun
Enjoy! It's truly a fun experience with Barret. Flipping enemies around and mauling crowds never gets old
I love double HP absorb build , I just figured this out last night but I used it with Tifa using Metal Knuckles which also has bloodsucker .
Yup! Bloodsucker comes in handy during hard mode trash mob runs! Nonstop health builds makes this game so fast paced
Barrett did a Barrett role
Lol I see what you did there
Peppy "do a Barrett role Fox"
Finally someone appreciates that joke! haha
@@BltzZ well back in the late 90s and early 2000 I probably spent 100s if not 1000s of hour playing Star Fox 64 on the N64 I loved that game only thing I could never quite get the medal for area 6 kept getting between 289 up to 299 hits never could get 300.
What are the roles of the color mages you keep mentioning?
Black mage is high damage DPS. White mage is healing. Red mage is melee and white magic with lower level magic. Blue mage uses enemy skills against them. Sage is all combined
One thing I don't like about this game is how you can't select your party and have to redo your materia Everytime your switch characters
I agree but for the most part the party selection is just following the linear story from the OG (minus redxiii ☹️) but I agree, multiple materia presets should be present. But no worries all of that will be present and definitely be the case in remake part 2 once it's open world and we have so many materia options and party combinations!
Remember me when you grow to 1 million subs
I'll never forget 💛
Grand guard, white wind and the magic Hammer. 3 of the best enemy skills in the OG. Hope they'll make a comback
Barret vs. Top Secrets would be impressive. :) ( turning the other two characters into frogs )
Great videos!
Hahaha I'll try it out!
Quality content. Keep the builds coming. Bad breathe is one of the most OP enemy skill
And super fun to use!! I got you dude I have many others planned :)
Just beat bahamut with only this build nothing on cloud or Tifi I didn’t even have a summoning materia on them just never switched off Barret thx
Lmbo what a savage! Congrats! Happy to hear this is helping many of you guys out
dude, you're gay. it's ok, i'm gay too and i loooooove barrett. gosh he's so hot.
Lol tifa has my heart but Barret is high key the best looking second character in the game 👀 I'm comfortable enough to admit it ayyyye
@@BltzZ AWWWW GAYHUGS
Lol me too 😂😂😂
Fury ring offset with steelskin is pretty clever. That skill is like a barrier for no mp.
Awesome dude this build is absolutely so much fun either melee or ranged so enjoy!
This is some next level shit here
I only wanna bring the best for you guys :) enjoy it! I'm surprised there aren't many other enemy skill related videos but I'm happy to keep bringing you guys the fire
Currently playing ff7 remaster for platinum trophy on ps4 in between ff7 remake playthroughs 😅
Ayyye I did the very same and streamed some of it haha
Can you do one on how you defeat Eligor on hard mode. I've been stuck on him for a couple of days now. Can you help me out please sir thanks
sure ill start working on that after i finish up this next video!
I started the fight as Aerith. Surprisingly, controlling her is great for this fight. You stay at range which limits eligor's moveset worries (that sweeping scythe) and just dodge the charge attacks mostly and chuck magic attacks on him.
In the third phase, swapping to tifa, and if you have ATB saved up, you can begin crippling the wheels before they start flying around and stagger them which allows you to basically finish them off
Ohhhh yea hard mode boss guides in depth 😎
IDK agedora? Im new to the game, I have it but need to learn what it does...
This channel is amazing. Unfortunately I found it after I’ve already maxed out all my Materia, finished the in game challenge log, and gotten the Platinum. 😭. Here’s hoping they add some new VR challenges or something else to tide us over until part 2 so I can try out these builds!
All good dude tune in for our live stream on Tuesday night 8pm. We are finishing up hard mode to get our platinum :) were at chapter 11 right now
This game is way too small for an RPG game.
@@A-Dubs398 no I agree too! It's definitely a hybrid Action orientated RPG game
i have a problem finishing the Top secret challenge specially bahamuth ifrit fight.. i wonder if this could be my answer :D
?? any chance you've tried this barret set up to the hardest challenge of the game?
Even if you have him melee setup tifa does great air combos while in chi level 3 and you can use Barrets max fury against flying enemies too
I like it and honestly Im kind of using a similar build already, just using elemental materia in place of hp absorb.
That's awesome and sounds fun! Yeah I'd love preset saved loadouts so we can switch easily between fights or on the go
Especially in areas like Hojos lab were the group is split up and swapping out.
I only use melee Barret in coliseum and combat simulation. I stick to range loadout in Hardmode since I know most Barret chapters have flying enemies.
Yeah most definitely that's the best way to go about it Barret and the others are super versatile I love how we can play them however we want
I mostly do the same, although I did like playing melee when you run through that part as him solo. Just really annoying that you have to switch to his ranged weapon to break down the obstacles (even though you can use maximum fury with his melee weapons normally, which breaks the continuity for me/rant)
Yeah a gun arm is mandatory for chapter 13 underground lab, you need to shoot debris and boxes and can't do that with the melee arms
That's why I love that we can switch outside of battle easily in those moments :)
Only stuff I watch lately is the WR updates for TOP Secrets.... But this is much desired content too! Thank you :)
Those videos are super impressive how much time they shave off each play thru haha my hats off to them! I'm also thankful you are loving these too let me know how the build suits you when you try it out =]
Yea they are under 1:30 or almost now 😆
Hp absorb + enemy skill=🤯 which translates to sub+👍 I know what I'm trying tonight.
Welcome to the channel dude! Yo its an absolute beast of a build where you just steamroll everything over haha its so much fun
He deserves his own game like they did with Vincent in Dirge of Cerberus.
can this build solo pride and joy ?
Why would you buy the materia slots in the last tier than in the third... that seems like a waste of points...
Trust me I noticed it too while editing and immediately went to chadley to reset lmbo
S4S?
Blizzaga was super underrated my first play through! That pressure and stagger buildup is crazy
I really hope enemy skill gets it's own menu section in later parts instead of just being under abilities. Lol
Anyone else wanna beefa Tifa? 😍😜
Can I use this against Bahamut?
can this built be used on other characters? more specifically Cloud?
Yup it can be! I just love it on barret because he has steelskin which keeps him from being interrupted against most attacks and is awesome!
@@BltzZ what would you put has Cloud's Battle moves? minus the Aura skill current set:
Disorder (replaced with Algid Aura when Barret isn't in the party)
Triple Slash
Focus Thrust
Counterslash
Your profile pic looks like VintageBeef’s counterpart :0
But lovely video! :D
That's hilarious I love his style now that I looked it up hopefully I can tweak my avatar soon I've had this for over 3 years now!
@BltzZ Heheh! Whatever the new avatar is, I’m sure it will be amazing, just like the person it represents! ;)
You're the best!
@BltzZ Aw, thanks! But I could really say the same for you
I wish we could use HP Absorb and Steadfast Block in tandem.
That's one of the first combinations I tried out haha. Would've been amazing to combine on a build with provoke
Fun build.
I want to use Melee Barret in my next playthrough.
Live and die by the tank train that is melee barret
Is there a way to use Barret’s build against the Reno/Rude boss fight?
Man, I gotta git good. This video will help. Thank you
If you are playing ff7 Intergrade the ps5 version..I highly recommend checking out our synergy materia build. It's the best materia in the game now
@@BltzZ not yet but when I do I’ll be sure to check it out
Where is the best spot to max out materias like HP/MP/Luck Up??
Chapter 16 intro so you can level up 3 characters materias. Also use AP up to double up that XP. I have a video on how to level up materia
@@BltzZ i see will watch that vid now thanks :) i really want to try these epic builds you made 😁

Is this viable in the Top Secrets mission with all those flying bosses?
Leviathan? No it's not please refer to my top secrets guide
Great video. I just had to subscribe. 👍🏻
Welcome to the channel! Btw I gotta let you know I'm a huge fan I have all your albums and my girl made me the bad album poster for my office 😎. Haha I'm going to keep putting out fire content for you guys to enjoy

I need help to beat the legendary hard 5 round combat sim
I barely get to round 3
Not the top secrets boss right? You're talking about the behemoth ton berries etc?
The second to last yes
I can work on a video on that. Usually I just go ham on the tonberries and make sure they stay pressure and staggered. Behemoth you can't use any magic on at all or else he counters you everytime. No worries :)
thank you What is the best build for this one?
how to activate "Deadly Dodge"..? during game play...i kept dodging but does not activates
You have to dodge then immediately attack
@@BltzZ i see......
Yup! Then with tifa you can focused strike to cancel the attack then dodge again to loop it over and over again

Vincent and Cid! Cid more so a bit because I main dragoon in ff14 haha. Didn't play cid much when I was younger. Vincent is going to be so sick man melee and gun combat blended
This really helps man ....thanks

Great content as always but on hard mode mobs are easy just bosses are hard. But please keep turning out the exact content you are killing it
Yeah this build you wouldn't wanna use against bosses for sure haha thanks dude! I plan to keep them coming and the boss guides as well
test it vs end game challenges..
End game challenges it works fine on but this build is suited for mob fights even on hard mode. Not 1v1 fights or boss fights.
I’m on my second play through. And I can’t find more than one enemy skill Materia. Where are the other 3 ??
There is only 1 enemy skill materia in the game unfortunately. This is because it's a super broken materia haha well have access to more I'm sure in remake part 2
BltzZ Oh I miss understood the video. I thought you said you can get 4 enemy skill Materia. But you said you can get four enemy skills. 😢😢😢. Thanks !
@@BltzZ That's awesome. As you said in a video, there are loads of people still playing over and over even though they have finished it twice!
"Run em over and Knock em down build" sounds like a Tanky glass cannon to me.
Crazy stuff! Will defo try the ranged.
It's a godlike combination!

Ah yes i rarely used binding myself but yup so those are the 3 ways, cloud punisher, fury ring and binding
@@BltzZ you could probably try out Binding in the Second Time gameplay, sleep and stuff sound kinda useful against bosses that do consecutive damages (Time Materia is even more useful tbh🤔)
@@timothylau9703 oh yeah for sure I use time all the time for staggers. I maxed almost all materias up and didn't even bother to read binding lol
will it work against top secret bosses?
I wouldn't use this against top secret bosses. This is more for trash mobs in hard mode. You should check out my top secret bosses guide I released to smash that challenge!
Giving Prayer to Barret saved me in multiple boss fights
Yup prayer is a clutch materia in hard mode!
@@BltzZ who said anything in hard mode? I was struggling with the normal mode, I barely even touched hard mode lol
Haha I just mean since hard mode you can't restore MP :)
