Well it’s because the House and Senate Dems are divided on the Build Back Better Plan on the reconciliation process (only simple majority needed) and I’m not seeing much of a counter offer difference by the House and Senate Republicans to reach a half way approach for doing the full votes where a bipartisan deal can be reached which would be better. Only the bipartisan infrastructure plan deal in the Senate got worked out to which even Mitch McConnell voted yes to along with 18 other Senate Republicans
