I tried to teach my 76 yo patient to take her medication using this technique. She refused and continued to take her medication like a pelican. I foresee aspiration pneumonia in her future. She said she couldn't take large pills yet she successfully took her pain medication which was much larger than her other pills. 😵💫🤯
Amazing capture! That looks like a hungry pelican at 1:15! Is that really the same fish (do you know the type?) in the pouch and getting gulped down right after? Are those big fish swallowed still wriggling about?? I wonder, wouldn't such a thing stand a chance of damaging or even escaping the bird's throat/stomach if eaten in that condition?!
I once saw a video of a pelican eating a pigeon.

Why this video really had a empty comment???😑😑😑

I guess that their saliva (if they have saliva, no idea) and especially their stomach acids kill the prey quickly.
You guys taught them catching ?? 😂😂
Pelicans usually drown they prey
Was this at a zoo I’d guess too?
They are cool until they start eating other birds alive
