Bought a 72 Corvette with (suspect 69,000 miles) on a 69 340 Dart trade. 340 had a disillusioned snap wring on a piston. 1976 was the year. I remember because I broke my ankle sky-diving. I loved that Vette so much I replaced many parts in the interim of my two year ownership. Brakes, clutch, exhaust , and that thing that atomizes fuel. Still can't spell it. Carbonizator. The bank kept sending me letters saying I didn't have insurance on my $4500. dollar loan for the car. I kept saying, "It's only a matter of trust!" I loved that car! I would never wreck it. Never did.
Not a Vette guy, but my Army Vet buddy was, if I were to own one this body was the one to have! I'm a Army Vet too!, and I like these cars! Just never could see the practicality of owning one, this being said, only a 4spd transmission or better would only do! When you own a sports car it needs to be a manual transmission! Doesn't matter if it's a Vette, or a Lamborghini! Just my opinion and we all know what it means! Good driving my friends!
Even as a base 350/300 hp non matching as long as cage and body mounts are good she’s awesome. If trim tag is original red interior they only Made 1500ish vinyl and 180 leather (in all body colors). Super rare if automatic convertible but I would still want a 4sp. Great car for the money. Lovin Mondays with Corvettes Nick! Rock on! 🤘
That is so sexy. The exterior, interior, exhaust sound and that gloss black on chrome... it exudes alpha-level energy. It's a convertible too. Aw man. I loved the inspection on this car. 1969. We need them good, confident vibes today. (Also, great angles from the outside. The roof and rear quarter panel give you a view that you normally can't see on the move on your own. Brilliant.)
@@adamnarbeaux5898 The brake pedal wear is a dead giveaway. I believe the 30K. Think how many Vette owners think they've got a collector piece and let it live its life in a garage.....
Nick , why is there bubbles in the paint ? Sense car is fiberglass be no rust , jest bad prep work b4 painting it ? Plus isn't it sitting higher then normal .love the car
Reminds me of a job I had as a teen cleaning parking lot . Would leave the pickup cruising while I hopped out to clean litter . Made my day thinking about my colleague

One opens the headlight doors without turning the lights on, the other opens the windshield wiper door. The knob in the middle is for stopping the wiper arms in mid travel on the windshield to change the blades.

One of Chevrolets best designs!
It was!
Autonomous driving too.....way ahead of their time😎
Well it's in a church parking lot so that means jesus is driving. The power of christ compels it.
I'm mad I missed this one. The exact model and interior I'm wanting. Plus it all worked. I'll keep an eye out to see what comes in.

I had a 69 427 390 hp 4:10 gear, in 1977. It would pass everything but a gas station
Somebody must have put that gear in there, lowest allowed with the 427/390 was a 3.70 with M21 or a 3.36 with automatic.
Great price for this work of art. Second on my dream car list.
Great video MAPLE MOTORS ROCKS HEARTBEAT OF AMERICA 🇺🇸 ❤️ 😍
Lower it 3 inches in the front , 4 inches in the back, and
add white raised letters tires. 😎 💯 😎

Nice car back in the day I had a 68 427 435
Hard to believe there’s only 32K original miles.
A mighty 1,600mi a year. wow.
If you believe that, I’ve got some swamp land to sell you.

@@jackolson8775 it is possible. But I highly doubt it.
I would think the original engine if only 32k
I would trade my motorcycle for a '69 Vette if i could afford it !
Tremendous color combination
My dream muscle car. If only it had the side pipes too. And a hard top, not a convertible. Those squeeks aint nice haha

Just curious...but, would you take an '05 vette coupe on a trade?
Very nice!!
Sweet Georgia pie !!
Most people think of well you know when they hear 69 I think GM (firebird Camaro GTO vett Chevelle Nova Not to mention Ford)
I have one 1972 but i have no idea what the switches under the steering are used for can anyone help me out on this issue.

Are there shoulder straps too or just lap belts?
Standard on Coupes but on the Convertible, shoulder belts were optional and the vast majority did not have them.
The C3 body is so nice. Im more a 1 & 2 guy. I just hate the tail lights. It just looks displeasing to rest of a great design
Cant beat a 69 to bad its not a big block would of been fun

Trim tag colors correct?
The right pull thats traveler he wants some grass
69 was the 1st yr for the 350.
The engine is not orig.
I still can't get my head around those rear bumpers. Never liked them
T^here's something magical about 69 American muscle. Across evry auto maker of the era. this is a gorgeous vette!
69 good year for the Corvette matching numbers?
27k for matching numbers. No.
Needs the all red cone tail lights...but real nice car!
