I highly recommend it, Id say dont worry to much about the internal temp but cook to when the skin is crackled completely but not burnt. If your cooking it hot cook it for about an hour to an hour and a half
@@jackeladventures1419 can I get the same results in an oven? What Temps were you cooking at again? And is it safe to let the pork sit in your fridge uncovered for 48hrs?
@@cra231 220 degrees C in the oven is nice and hot and will give you good cracking, If your cut is quite thick, you can turn it down to 180 after an hour to make sure the crackling doesn't burn and it cooks through. You can leave it uncovered for 48 hours, no issues, which was a shock to me when I learnt it. I have done it a few times and for pork belly and pork roast and it really does make a huge difference.
Wuauu. Quedo super. Y me doy idea del. Proceso solo que no entiendo el ingles.😅 Me gustaría saber cuanto tiempo lo dejaste en la nevera y cuanto tiempo lo cocinaste.. Saludos
This has got to be the most easiest video to follow when it comes to pork belly on the weber.. I will give it a try on Saturday
Thanks a lot! I hope you nail that crackling
Love this recipe, it’s my go to for pork belly on the Weber. The family love it. Would love to see more Weber kettle videos!! Keep up the good work
Great video. Can you tell me is it best to start cooking while the pork is at room temperature?

Great job. Now I'm looking forward to weekend
Literally following this video right now. Weber is fired up and ready to go
