And also about hypotonia : if a patient have lower limb hypotonia can he walk and move his legs ?! I hope you clarify this to me , and thanks in advance 🙏
Logically you are right but if at the level of the lesion anterior horn cell is affected, then final common pathway is affected ..hence we will get features of LMN lesion

No - any hypotonia and ataxia will affect movement
