    One would never read Scripture and think that Infant Baptism was Scriptural without performing theological contortions.

      entire families and households were baptized in the bible. Baptists are very good a gymnastics (mental ones)

      The examples in Acts are mostly adults, because that was the first generation of the Church, but in several cases we are told that whole households were baptized. Eventually, one of those households is going to have a young child. And the Jews were used to circumcising their male children on the 8th day after birth, so there is no reason to assume they would have withheld Baptism from them--especially since the NT presents Baptism as the new, Christian circumcision (Col. 2:11-12).
