Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge from a Cacao Pod

- Fudge. It's so good. So rich. And when you combine chocolate and peanut butter to create fudge, it's out of this world. As usual, I'm challenging myself to make the fudge from a cacao pod, but you can simply start with some bittersweet chocolate chips and make the same mind-blowing fudge. The best part is, it's such an easy recipe. You never have to buy fudge again.
Ingredients:
3 cups (600 grams) granulated sugar
3/4 cups (170 grams) butter
2/3 cups (168 grams) evaporated milk
12 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240 grams) peanut butter
1 cup (125 grams) confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
Instructions:
1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment.
2. In large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
3. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat when it reaches 234 Fahrenheit.
4. Immediately stir in chocolate chips until melted and well combined.
5. Fold in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract. Fully combine and set aside.
6. In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and melted stick of butter.
7. Swirl peanut butter mixture into fudge. Try to get a nice pattern. Add optional salt on top.
8. Transfer fudge to parchment-lined pan and let cool for 2 hours.
9. Slice and enjoy!

I always love Nick's attitude ab cooking, you can definitely tell he has a genuine interest to spread his love and joy
i really appreciate how descriptive and literal you are when explaining what you're doing. i'm not blind but i'm pretty sure that could be helpful for someone who is and wants to listen and not feel left out. it's also great for when you want to recreate some of these recipes!

its crazy how he just wasted the white stuff off the coco seeds that is the sweetest thing you'll ever taste and yes where im from we call is coco
This is actually really close to the recipe I've used every Christmas since I was a kid! Nobody else on the internet seems to use marshmallow fluff in their fudge but I'm convinced that corn syrup gives it the perfect texture. Only thing I do different is melt everything together (including the fluff) and let it boil and caramelize for 5 full minutes before adding my chocolate. Helps develop even more flavor!

I wish I could try these recipes but we don't even have a stove sadly,
It sucks knowing I am that poor. I'm not saying this just about me, a lot of people have these problems as well. So I'm not making this just about me.
When I did have a lot of money or space for a stove, I got a countertop oven from a Christmas gift and a single burner thing. I did have to replace them some years later, but I made what I could. There where some things I couldn't pull off and I really wanted too.
