Found your video because my Letter Spacing input was disabled and I wasn't sure why. It only lets you change it for one text block at a time. If you have multiple selected, it appears to disable the option. Do you know if it's possible to apply the same letter spacing to multiple blocks without clicking each one individually?

I just tried this on 4 separate text blocks and letter spacing is not disabled - even if I use different fonts. I have different fonts selected. Are you used Hatch 2? Do you have fixed baseline selected? Because depending on what choice you have set for fixed baseline, Letter Spacing may not be available.

@@LindeeGVideos Interesting. Yes, I have Hatch 2. I had free baseline for them, tried changing it to fixed, but it still disables when I multi-select. I got around it by updating the letter spacing on one, copying object properties, selecting all, and applying object properties.

That was totally easy. Thank you for sharing. I am doing a poem and it looks like I have a lot of space between sentences even though when typing in the poem in the docker they are close together . Bought a font that is 20mm do i change the docker height or the length and height on top.

You can resize fonts either way. If I know what size I want, I change the docker height. If I want it to fit a certain space, I select it and drag the resize handles. Hold down the shift key to size from the center out when drag resizing. Hatch is very flexible with resizing objects.
