I have both headphones! OneOdio Studio Pro 50 are absolutely amazing and the sound is so clear, that I can hear details of what the artist put into making a song. I read amazing reviews of Status Audio CB-1 headphones, and they didn't disappoint me at all. They rival the Audio Technica ATH-m50 headphones. That's just how amazing these headphones are. I am so thankful that I invested in these two headphones that are under $100, and I wouldn't trade at all. I applaud you for doing a dynamic job with the review. You are awesome!
Which one is overall more comfortable to wear? I need them to be light with no uncomfortable pressure & can be worn for a long periods of time..
@@Man_eee I recommend that it's the OneOdio Pro-50 headphones. You can wear these headphones for hours with fatigue in your ear. I am living proof, because I own a pair and had no problem.

Thanks, I went and bought the Status CB-1. They are better sounding than my Audio Technica ATx-40. Really great headphone.
Yeah I'm ordering those next week. I'm hearing they're the best bang for your buck as far as budget studio monitoring headphones. The frequency response range is amazing for the price I know that.
If both are cheap buy both and chill out without guilt......
i have both two thanks to your reviews thanks for that-they are both excellent and on sound quality i rate them equally, but them one thing that goes against the one odio is the build quality, the loose articulation after a while becomes a problem, and mine currently have tape to hold them together after around 6 months, so i would definitely go for the status audio which i have had for almost a year and are still in perfect shape..
I stumbled upon your channel when I was looking for this headphones. Chose the Pro 50. No regrets at all, they're awesome.
Thanks to you, i bought Pro 50's. The only 2 cons are, my ear cups doesn't hold it's original form, so not as comfy as before now, and wish ear cups had bigger clearance for my ears to fit. The rest is perfect.

You can buy inexpensive over the ear replacement pads for the OneOdio and the sound stage becomes like an open back headphone too, plus you have that lovely bass.
it's not really the pads, soundstage is the difference between how far the drivers are physically from your ears and how far away the sound actually sounds like it's coming from. and that difference is determined by the drivers not the pads. and as you could see in the video the onedio's pads are actually FURTHER away from the drivers than with the cb-1 so the pads have nothing to do with it

I just got my OneOdio headphone today (Pro-50 from this review) and boy am I happy with it! This REALLY sounds good! And I am used to good headphones as I had two Bluedio's which I loved (the R+ 8 track and the Victory v1 12 track) and I still have my Sony wireless noise cancelation extra bass headphone which I love too. This OneOdio headphone is really comparable as for sound and they are more comfortable than the bluedio's. The bass is very good ( I am a bass lover) but also the mids and highs are very good. The separation (soundstage) is pretty good too. I hear percussion in the left and other percussion in the right ear. It puts a smile on my face...As for comfort: I already had it on my head for a few hours today (you just want to keep listening as it sounds sooooo good...) and I have no problem in wearing it for a long time. I had to extend it to the max as I have a big head (lots of brain - hehe;-) , but it fits this way with the max setting pulling it out all the way. For the price - I paid 49 euro - it's a NO brainer! BUY IT! It looks good and most important it sounds good and it is comfortable. One trick to prevent the earpads going in all directions is when you are done listening grab the earpads and pull the headphone of your head and then immediately put the earpads against each other. They will stay that way ( I hang my headphone to the wall this way on a hook...) I am a VERY happy user of this headphone. - Johan
The pro-50s sound really good, but I have now had two of them break just from taking them off how you are suppose to. The hinges on them are really bad. I've now just decided to buy ones that are more expensive but won't need to be replaced.
Just got a pair of these cans and unfortunately they were defective but they did work. I am sure that the replacement pair will be fine. If not I WILL BE BACK ,,hahaha

When you are buying the CB-1s, keep in mind that they have almost no clamp force, which might lead to sealing issues. They are also *NOT* neutral. They have recessed treble and elevated bass, resulting in a very dark sound.
Can't you just adjust your eq on your computer to bump up the bass with the CB-1's?

Absolutely none of these reviewers ever talks about the background of these headphones. Its been 2 years I have a no China product policy because I'm no fan of feeding a giant that is planning to take over the world with its economic strength. I was looking for Oneodio company but i can't find anything much. If anyone knows who owns/location of this company please do tell
